I took one pill a day and after about a week I started to notice improvements. With continued use I saw that it helped me concentrate. I can't say much about the other areas but I remain positive it is helping. It does not leave an aftertaste and it is easy to swallow. I like the benefit that it contains natural sourced ERr 731 Rhapontic Rhubarb Extract, its hormone free & vegan among other benefits which are listed on the box. Since I have night sweats I wanted to take the product at night to help stop the night sweats. (I also have hot flashes during the day but at night it is problematic and interferes with my sleep). On the blister packs there are days of the week to keep you on track with daily dosages. I found this to be helpful in case you forget to take one. There was no smell or after-taste when taking the supplement. The package indicates that you will see results within 28 days. I did not have any night sweats while taking this product nor did I have hot flashes during the day. I felt normal as if I was not even in perimenopause. I was able to sleep at night without waking up from being too hot or just being anxious from stress. I liked the product but would need to take it for another month or so to see if there are more benefits of the supplement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked very well in keeping my hot flashes and night sweats to a minimum. The only draw back is I wish it worked for weight loss as well but other than that, it worked really well. I like that they are small pills with no aftertaste.

I thought this was supposed to help. After a week and a half of taking this I started my period and hadn't had one in a year and a half. I also have gained about 7 lbs. It did seem to help with the hot flashes but I am not willing to have my period and gain weight just for a little relief.
