It's been 3 weeks since I started taking Estroven. I'm 55 and started hot flashes about 6 months ago. My wrist was hurting from actually fanning myself! I was having about 10 during the day and 10 hot flashes during the night. It was impossible to sleep through them. Since I've been taking Estroven I've completely stopped the sweats that would bead up on my face. I now just get a little warm a couple times a day. I can sleep through the night without getting sweaty. The past 2 nights I haven't woke at all. Yay! GREAT PRODUCT

Been taking this for about a month, noticed improvement within 2 doses. After two weeks of taking this my hot flashes and night sweats were totally gone. I missed taking it for two days and they started coming back so I know it’s the supplement that is helping and not that I am getting past them as I age. Not having the hot flashes helps me sleep better also.

Been taking the complete menopause relief for about two weeks now. Wasn’t expecting it to work so quickly or at all. Tried black cohosh that did nothing. With this my hot flashes and night sweats seem to be gone. Only thing I’ve noticed is feeling a bit bloated (not sure if that’s normal or not) hoping this gets better so I can continue to take it. If not afraid all my symptoms will return

My mom suggested I try this when I started experiencing perimenopausal (undiagnosed) hot flashes at night that were really uncomfortable and upsetting. I didn't think rhubarb root would make a difference (let's be honest: it sounds silly), but...you know, I gave it a shot because why not? And I wouldn't have thought to leave a review except that it DID work, and it HAS BEEN working. I take it every day now, and instead of hot flashes every other night it's probably once a month. The stack of towels and clean jam jams by my bed is gone. I can cuddle at night again. If you are like me, and a little skeptical, I suggest trying it. It may not work for you. But for my girlies who are skeptics, it's at least worth a try. I am just a random nobody 38 year-old whose mother randomly let her take her Estroven on a random brief trip as a random free, trial and now Estroven is an intention and regimen. I take it every day and my life and comfort have improved. I have no incentive to promote this product. As a skeptic, I'm as surprised as anyone else. But I keep taking it and it keeps working.

After one month of taking these, no change for me. I still had hot flashes. Every day. So this Estroven was not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great idea, but it doesn't work for everyone. So you just have to try it and see if it works for you. I discovered that it does not do well for someone with IBS-C. It further constipates. Additionally, it created a bit of a hormonal reaction for 3 weeks while taking it, and it took a couple weeks of not taking it to start to go back to "normal". The hormonal reaction mimicked the onset of a period, with clear mucus, bloating, and breast tenderness (all in addition to the constipation). I did some research and rhubarb is not meant for those with digestive issues.
