[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to try this product for 28 days to help my menopause symptoms. It took about two weeks to start to feel any difference. The first thing I noticed was a decrease in the amount and intensity of my horrible hot flashes. It made it easier to sleep at night without having a hot flash every 20 minutes. I have not noticed much chage in my moods but that could be because it has only been 28 days. I plan on continuing to use Estroven complete to see if helps with my mood swings. I love that Estroven doesn't contain hormones and works naturally.
