I did experience a reduction in hot flashes, but no additional benefits. The foil packaging is not biodegradable and therefore bad for the environment. It's just not quite there yet.

I found that I have more relief from my menopause symptoms using the menopause relief and weight management pills. I belief it is do to the black cosh in the weight management pills.

I've been taking this product, Estroven Complete, for over a month. I started noticing a decrease in the main symptoms I had (hot flashes, night sweats) within 14 days. By the time I completed the entire package, my symptoms were gone!! To say that I'm happy with the results is an understatement.
