Did not experience a positive change in my mood swings, but this in my opinion has nothing to do with my menopause symptoms nor the medication. Environmental contribution negative and positive can truly effect ones moods regardless of hormones!

I took one pill a day and after about a week I started to notice improvements. With continued use I saw that it helped me concentrate. I can't say much about the other areas but I remain positive it is helping. It does not leave an aftertaste and it is easy to swallow. I like the benefit that it contains natural sourced ERr 731 Rhapontic Rhubarb Extract, its hormone free & vegan among other benefits which are listed on the box. I will definitely purchase in the future.

I did experience a reduction in hot flashes, but no additional benefits. The foil packaging is not biodegradable and therefore bad for the environment. It's just not quite there yet.
