I’ve been using this product for going on 56 days. Hot flashes have minimized but not 100% relief like many have said. Night sweats are still there but again not as bad. This has not helped with Sleeplessness though at all. I still wake up 4-5 times a night.

After a few week of taking the caplet, I noticed more restful nights of sleep, better moods and milder hot flashes. You have to stick with it to see results. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Estroven Complete for four weeks. The pill is small and easy to swallow. During the four weeks I have noticed less hot flashes during the day and less joint/muscular discomfort. Night sweats still occur but are much less intense than before. I haven't noticed any change in energy level or concentration.

Based on a recommendation by my doctor, I started using the Estroven night version with melatonin about a year ago and after two and a half months, I have found them helpful in reducing the severity and frequency of my hot flashes. I had been using them regularly, but still had hot flashes and they were starting to get worse after the Coronovirus lockdown . . . I'm guessing from all the stress of managing work and home and teenagers. I was having a lot of anxiety and difficulty sleeping and concentrating. On my last trip to store to replenish my supply of Estroven Night, I found they were out of stock. Estroven Complete was the only version in stock. I noticed the ingredients were not the same so I was not very hopeful that this version would be effective. But I didn't want my hot flashes/anxiety/sleep and concentration issues to get any worse, so I decided to take a chance. I've been taking this version for almost a month and just realized last week that my hot flashes have decreased significantly in both severity and frequency. My anxiety level and my ability to concentrate has greatly improved. I am sleeping much better with fewer and less severe night sweats. I still have flashes, but they are more warm than hot and they are fewer and further in between. I have just repurchased and I will plan to keep these on hand going forward.

I bought this product & used it quite a while but thought maybe I should take a break from it & see what my body does now...well got flashes are back throughout the day & night & joint pain so I bought more...but I read where the ingredients like black cohosh are no longer in this product along with some vitamins...is this true? Does this mean there is only rhubarb in it & chemicals?

It helped with the hot flashes and night sweats and made much less irritable. This 'complete' formula was wonderful...but it seemed to be lacking somewhat with the irritability assistance. This 'complete' formula would be great for someone who is having difficulty pinpointing which formula might help them the best. It covers a nice range of symptoms. I recommended this to a friend who is just entering menopause.
