[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary box through the i-Health, Inc. Sampling Program. I have been taking the Estroven Menopause Relief + Mood formula for some time now, and I did not notice any increase or decrease in symptoms taking the Complete Relief formula, so I have no issues one way or the other in that regard. The only complaint I have--resulting in the loss of one star--is the packaging. For no apparent reason, this product is over-packaged. The box is taller than necessary, and there is a lot of wasted space on the cards holding the pills. Also, the older format has 30 caplets and this only has 28, so this is a little more expensive. The only recommendations I have are to go back to the previous packaging which looks better and uses less paper, foil, and plastic and return to the 30-count package.

My issues has been hot flashes more than anything and I feel like although it hasn't totally made them subside, it has either A. definitely decreased the severity and length of them and B. has given me much better sleep in the past month. I went out and bought some the min I saw I was down to 3 days left

It helps me with my anxiety, muscle aches and my overall mood when my body started to go through menopause. I wanted something with absolutely 0 hormones and asked my pharmacist if he had any recommendations. He suggested Estroven and I am so happy that he did.

After about a week my hot flashes were fewer and I was sleeping better. The biggest benefit to me was that I was less “anxious” and didn’t lie awake at night unable to shut off my brain. Thank you!

Did not experience a positive change in my mood swings, but this in my opinion has nothing to do with my menopause symptoms nor the medication. Environmental contribution negative and positive can truly effect ones moods regardless of hormones!

I bought this 2 months ago and didn't really "see" or "feel" any different, or so I thought. Now that I haven't taken any I can feel the hot flashes. THEY WORK AMAZINGLY! I just ordered more, turns out I need the pre-menopause, but I am eagerly awaiting them!!!!
