I found that I have more relief from my menopause symptoms using the menopause relief and weight management pills. I belief it is do to the black cosh in the weight management pills.

The first thing I noticed was a decrease in the amount and intensity of my horrible hot flashes. It made it easier to sleep at night without having a hot flash every 20 minutes. I have not noticed much chage in my moods but that could be because it has only been 28 days. I plan on continuing to use Estroven complete to see if helps with my mood swings. I love that Estroven doesn't contain hormones and works naturally.

Based on a recommendation by my doctor, I started using the Estroven night version with melatonin about a year ago and after two and a half months, I have found them helpful in reducing the severity and frequency of my hot flashes. I had been using them regularly, but still had hot flashes and they were starting to get worse after the Coronovirus lockdown . . . I'm guessing from all the stress of managing work and home and teenagers. I was having a lot of anxiety and difficulty sleeping and concentrating. On my last trip to store to replenish my supply of Estroven Night, I found they were out of stock. Estroven Complete was the only version in stock. I noticed the ingredients were not the same so I was not very hopeful that this version would be effective. But I didn't want my hot flashes/anxiety/sleep and concentration issues to get any worse, so I decided to take a chance. I've been taking this version for almost a month and just realized last week that my hot flashes have decreased significantly in both severity and frequency. My anxiety level and my ability to concentrate has greatly improved. I am sleeping much better with fewer and less severe night sweats. I still have flashes, but they are more warm than hot and they are fewer and further in between. I have just repurchased and I will plan to keep these on hand going forward.

I took it daily and did not miss a day but no relief for me. Maybe a stronger version or a different product may work next time.
