My issues has been hot flashes more than anything and I feel like although it hasn't totally made them subside, it has either A. definitely decreased the severity and length of them and B. has given me much better sleep in the past month. I took one pill a day and after about a week I started to notice improvements. With continued use I saw that it helped me concentrate. I can't say much about the other areas but I remain positive it is helping. It does not leave an aftertaste and it is easy to swallow. I like the benefit that it contains natural sourced ERr 731 Rhapontic Rhubarb Extract, its hormone free & vegan among other benefits which are listed on the box. I bought several boxes because I wanted to give it a chance to work. After months of trying this, it didn’t work. I still have night sweats and daily hot flashes. I can deal with the daytime issues but the night sweats are unbearable. I wake up drenched and then chills because I’m so wet. I can’t get back to sleep, then another one hits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main concerns are weight gain and low energy as I move through Menopause, and this particular product made no difference. I did experience a reduction in hot flashes, but no additional benefits. The foil packaging is not biodegradable and therefore bad for the environment. It's just not quite there yet.
