I bought several boxes because I wanted to give it a chance to work. After months of trying this, it didn’t work. I still have night sweats and daily hot flashes. I can deal with the daytime issues but the night sweats are unbearable. I wake up drenched and then chills because I’m so wet. I can’t get back to sleep, then another one hits.

I’ve been using this product for going on 56 days. Hot flashes have minimized but not 100% relief like many have said. Night sweats are still there but again not as bad. This has not helped with Sleeplessness though at all. I still wake up 4-5 times a night.

It helped with the hot flashes and night sweats and made much less irritable. This 'complete' formula was wonderful...but it seemed to be lacking somewhat with the irritability assistance. This 'complete' formula would be great for someone who is having difficulty pinpointing which formula might help them the best. It covers a nice range of symptoms.
