I noticed hot flashes and night sweats were lessening after 2 weeks. I was feeling more energetic because I was sleeping much better. I bought several boxes because I wanted to give it a chance to work. After months of trying this, it didn’t work. I still have night sweats and daily hot flashes. I can deal with the daytime issues but the night sweats are unbearable. I wake up drenched and then chills because I’m so wet. I can’t get back to sleep, then another one hits.

I was tired all the time, my hot flashes were horrible, my night sweats got worse and my mood swings were all over the place. I would not recommend this brand of Estroven. I've used other brands of Estroven that work a lot better.
