At first, I was a little skeptical about the results I would receive from this product, as I have tried so many things to try and relieve my symptoms. Wow? I can't say enough good things about this product! I am currently going through menopause. To be honest, I felt like i was going out of my mind. Constantly irritable, sleeplessness, hot flashes, you name it I was experiencing it. My mother suggested that I try this product.....what a game changer for me. It does help with the night sweats, but I gained 10 lbs since I started taking it. i have been in a keto diet for a year and still going with persistent weight loss, until I started taking Estroven. Now 3 month later,did not change my diet, but I gained 10 lbs. Switched to Estroven + weight and no change. All that hard work for nothing.
