[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although rhapsodic rhubarb has been clinically proven to help with menopause symptoms (which I confirmed via PubMed), I had very little relief from my hot flashes and nights sweats after completing a 28 day box, however, I have not taken it for more than 60 days as recommended for best results.

Started taking this version because I wasn't getting strong results from the soy versions. I will say that I noticed a change in night sweat/temperature regulation for the good and was happy but my forehead started breaking out with extremely painful cystic acne. At first I didn't put the 2 together but when I did and stopped taking the pill within 48 hours the acne had subsided. Not worth the pain and disfigurement. I never had acne like this before, even as a teenager.

I feel I am someone who needs quite a few months on a product to feel the overall effects, so I will be purchasing this to continue. However, overall I can say I am able to sleep better, I am not waking up in cold sweats and during the day my temperature is overall better controlled. I dont feel hot, then cold, then hot again. I feel my mood is a little better stablized as well, I dont feel so on edge. Product is super easy to take daily and doesnt upset my stomach with or without food. I am enjoying this and I will continue to use and I woud say at this point also reccomend this to others.

Let me warn ALL women! This product will work like a charm for like 4 months! you will be symptom-free! and while you are still taking them after the 4 months the hot flashes and night sweats will creep back on you with what I call a vengeance! I know we all want relief during our suffering but no one wants the symptoms to come back full blown! I put off going to the doctor as long as I could but I just cannot depend on Estroven anymore. I heard Zyrtec provides relief and that’s what I’ve been using and it providing relief and calming the night sweats just until my doctor can prescribe something that works long term. At first I was so excited that Estroven took away my symptoms for 4 months I thought I was out of the dark for good! But little did I know it came back longer while all the time I was still taking them faithfully. Not to mention buying these tablets were more expensive than an actual prescription because with these you cannot take just one a day when it’s severe. One must be taken in the morning and one before bed to get very little relief.

This product is incredible. I started menopause at 43 and it went full swing at 45. The hot flashes, mood swings, and exhaustion were brutal. This product helped slow all of this down in such a way that I felt like a normal woman again. The hot flashes which caused me to pour sweat like I was running a marathon in 100 degree heat in a Miami summer are gone. Anxiety, gone, fuzzy memo brain, refuced, mood swings way reduced. This product is incredible.
