I still experienced mood swings, hot flashes, menopausal lost of libido and weight gain. I do love hat there was no side affects or jittery experience as it’s natural so that was great. While it may work great for some, I felt a slight difference in my mood swing. Overall this is a good product and may help someone better with their menopause symptoms.

I noticed hot flashes and night sweats were lessening after 2 weeks. I was feeling more energetic because I was sleeping much better. I also noticed after a couple weeks my libido was increasing and before taking these I had no desire. I was feeling more balanced with stress and my hormones are feeling better and I am not as irritable as I was before Estroven. Overall taking Estroven Complete has made me feel better and has certainly helped with the symptoms on menopause for me. I would highly recommend Estroven for anyone going through menopause!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I started taken the pill I felt calmer I will say that but I started getting hot flashes bad and couldn’t sleep..Now I did get hot flashes before but for a few months they seem to go away but taking this they came back.I continued the pill thinking making my system had to adjust but after a few weeks I stopped and the symptoms stop..Also I did give it a benefit of the doubt and tried again but nope still had them symptoms..maybe it was just my system but I would recommend it..

I was tired all the time, my hot flashes were horrible, my night sweats got worse and my mood swings were all over the place. I would not recommend this brand of Estroven. I've used other brands of Estroven that work a lot better.

I bought this about three weeks ago out of desperation, the hot flashes were so frequent and uncomfortable that I even considered hormonal replacement therapy. Until Estroven. No one is paying for me to say this. I normally do not post reviews, but if someone is suffering out there from mood swings and hot flashes. I would recommend this. My issues has been hot flashes more than anything and I feel like although it hasn't totally made them subside, it has either A. definitely decreased the severity and length of them and B. has given me much better sleep in the past month.
