I was SO hoping this was going to work for me and it started to feel like it was going to except my stomach started getting really upset and bloated. I read the reviews and found out that rhubarb is not good for people with digestive issues. :( unfortunately, I’m going to have to stop taking it. If you ever make a product without rhubarb, I would definitely be interested.

I've been taking this for 8 days. The very first morning upon waking, I noticed the general feeling of malaise was gone. I'm a pretty happy well balance person, but 57 years old and had that feeling constantly. I don't have hot flashes anymore, that has passed thankfully. But did have difficulty sleeping and that is gone now also. I get a peaceful sweet nights sleep too. Also my energy level is better. Not bone tired anymore. Mood is definitely better. Can't comment yet on low sex drive and vaginal dryness relief yet. I am going to keep taking it and will post at the end of the month.

I feel I am someone who needs quite a few months on a product to feel the overall effects, so I will be purchasing this to continue. However, overall I can say I am able to sleep better, I am not waking up in cold sweats and during the day my temperature is overall better controlled. I dont feel hot, then cold, then hot again. I feel my mood is a little better stablized as well, I dont feel so on edge. Product is super easy to take daily and doesnt upset my stomach with or without food. I am enjoying this and I will continue to use and I woud say at this point also reccomend this to others.

I did notice results on hot flashes pretty quickly. Just an all around great product. Many bases covered in one pill daily. I also like that the capsules are vegetarian.

It seems like the weather and the humidity might have affected it more than the pill itself.. Maybe I didn't take it long enough. I believe it might be a good choice for some women, but as for me not too sure. No side effects, and easy to take with no after taste.
