Do not take this vitamin. I took it for 5 weeks and it changed my chemistry So much that now i'm allergic to everything. Every single day is a struggle to not have an allergic reaction. I even ended up in the urgent care. Getting a shot of epinephrine and corticosteroid. I'm hoping my body will eventually go back to normal. Considering i've been suffering for a full month now, and that's after not taking this vitamin anymore. I did not have an allergic reaction to this vitamin, but I now have food allergies because of it. Please do not take this vitamin.You will regret it as I have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this for a month. I didn’t notice a difference in amount of hot flashes. I am a runner and very active. I am at my ideal weight. I was hoping for relief at night from feeling like I am burning up. I had tried another Estroven product and it worked very well for about 2 months and then hot flashes returned again. I would recommend trying it. Maybe it will work for someone else.

I did notice results on hot flashes pretty quickly. Just an all around great product. Many bases covered in one pill daily. I also like that the capsules are vegetarian.

After taking these for a month the night sweating is gone and hot flashes have been reduced significantly. I can only imagine if I keep using them the hot flashes with stop completely. Very happy with this product and will continue to use.
