I feel I am someone who needs quite a few months on a product to feel the overall effects, so I will be purchasing this to continue. However, overall I can say I am able to sleep better, I am not waking up in cold sweats and during the day my temperature is overall better controlled. I dont feel hot, then cold, then hot again. I feel my mood is a little better stablized as well, I dont feel so on edge. Product is super easy to take daily and doesnt upset my stomach with or without food. I am enjoying this and I will continue to use and I woud say at this point also reccomend this to others.

I was hoping for relief at night from feeling like I am burning up. I had tried another Estroven product and it worked very well for about 2 months and then hot flashes returned again. I would recommend trying it. Maybe it will work for someone else.

I've been taking this for 8 days. The very first morning upon waking, I noticed the general feeling of malaise was gone. I'm a pretty happy well balance person, but 57 years old and had that feeling constantly. I don't have hot flashes anymore, that has passed thankfully. But did have difficulty sleeping and that is gone now also. I get a peaceful sweet nights sleep too. Also my energy level is better. Not bone tired anymore. Mood is definitely better. It did help my energy level but not until the end of the month. I am going to buy another box and keep taking it. I have high hopes that the longer I take it the better I will feel. I really like that the days of the week are on the back. It really helps people like me who are not sure if you took your pills for that day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I started taken the pill I felt calmer I will say that but I started getting hot flashes bad and couldn’t sleep..Now I did get hot flashes before but for a few months they seem to go away but taking this they came back.I continued the pill thinking making my system had to adjust but after a few weeks I stopped and the symptoms stop..Also I did give it a benefit of the doubt and tried again but nope still had them symptoms..maybe it was just my system but I would recommend it..
