I received the sample and took everyday as directed and after the 28-day supply was finished I unfortunately experienced no noticeable change in my menopause symptoms. I'll keep searching!

I've been taking this for 8 days. The very first morning upon waking, I noticed the general feeling of malaise was gone. I'm a pretty happy well balance person, but 57 years old and had that feeling constantly. I don't have hot flashes anymore, that has passed thankfully. But did have difficulty sleeping and that is gone now also. I get a peaceful sweet nights sleep too. Also my energy level is better. Not bone tired anymore. Mood is definitely better. Can't comment yet on low sex drive and vaginal dryness relief yet. I am going to keep taking it and will post at the end of the month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previously been using the weight management version of estroven. I then switched to this version... I can't say it was better or helped more. I do think it was better for the hot flashes, but other than that... I don't feel any different.

I have not been able to sleep for about a month because of these hormonal changes. The lack of sleep completely affects me adversely. I have always been a great sleeper and getting only a couple hours of sleep a night has been absolutely miserable. I not only experience hot flashes during the daytime which I can handle but with so many episodes of night sweats every night I wake up and cannot go back to sleep no matter what I try to do. The lack of sleep was changing my usual happy disposition and I just wanted to cry. It was recommended by several people to try Estroven. I was leery that it would even help me. I was completely wrong! After only ONE pill of Estroven Complete I was able to sleep 6.5 hours, first time in weeks. I woke up completely refreshed and felt like I was walking on air again!
