My hot flashes were still there.. just not as intense as previous. I did have a little more energy and noticed that I was sleeping more continuing hours before waking up. I guess it's not a fix all product. It did help a little. Some of the annoying tributes of menopause are lessened.

My experience was that my hot flashes actually got worse and there was no improvement in my sleeping patterns. I wish it worked better but it isn't for me.

The one drawback was that the hot flashes were still severe as before the new Estroven product. I am still waking up during the night at least twice (better than before) with soaking pajamas.

It seems like the weather and the humidity might have affected it more than the pill itself.. Maybe I didn't take it long enough. I believe it might be a good choice for some women, but as for me not too sure. No side effects, and easy to take with no after taste.

I still experienced mood swings, hot flashes, menopausal lost of libido and weight gain. I do love hat there was no side affects or jittery experience as it’s natural so that was great. While it may work great for some, I felt a slight difference in my mood swing. Overall this is a good product and may help someone better with their menopause symptoms.
