I began to feel a little bit more like myself mentally! I even gained a bit of energy. I am pretty skeptical but Estroven complete is something definitely worth trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to help with my menopause issues. While it took care of some things - it didn't resolve everything. My hot flashes were still there.. just not as intense as previous. I did have a little more energy and noticed that I was sleeping more continuing hours before waking up. I guess it's not a fix all product. It did help a little. Some of the annoying tributes of menopause are lessened.

I have not been able to sleep for about a month because of these hormonal changes. The lack of sleep completely affects me adversely. I have always been a great sleeper and getting only a couple hours of sleep a night has been absolutely miserable. I not only experience hot flashes during the daytime which I can handle but with so many episodes of night sweats every night I wake up and cannot go back to sleep no matter what I try to do. The lack of sleep was changing my usual happy disposition and I just wanted to cry. It was recommended by several people to try Estroven. I was leery that it would even help me. I was completely wrong! After only ONE pill of Estroven Complete I was able to sleep 6.5 hours, first time in weeks. I woke up completely refreshed and felt like I was walking on air again! Also, all the heaviness and moodiness I had been experiencing was gone. I felt like my old happy self again and I was so grateful! I couldn’t believe 1 pill had this kind of profound effect. I am now able to sleep 7.5-8 hours again. I still experience hot flashes at night but it is less, mild and manageable. Night sweats have really improved and I can sleep well again. I’m on my 4th day of Estroven and hope it continues to improve even more. I’m so thankful for Estroven. I don’t know what I would do without Estroven!

I was not experiencing any hot flashes and my mood swings improved also!! I’m very very pleased with this product.
