It also helped with my mood swings. I was a lot less irritated. I had more energy to keep up my daily schedule. It helped me a lot taking Estroven Complete Menopause Relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After minimal use I began to see a change in my symptoms. Hot flashes are the most bothersome but I do have night sweats, mood swings and dryness. This product is great for all of my symptoms, easy to use and I had really good results. Would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking Estroven a month ago. Within a week I could tell a difference in my hot flashes. My main issue has always been my hot flashes. I have very few daily hot flashes now. I used to wake all night with hot flashes, now I might have 1 or 2 a night and some nights none at all. This is an awesome product. I love it!!!

Started taking this version because I wasn't getting strong results from the soy versions. I will say that I noticed a change in night sweat/temperature regulation for the good and was happy but my forehead started breaking out with extremely painful cystic acne. At first I didn't put the 2 together but when I did and stopped taking the pill within 48 hours the acne had subsided. Not worth the pain and disfigurement. I never had acne like this before, even as a teenager.

I was really excited that it could help with all of my symptoms including, sleep, mood, energy, weight, and hot flashes. Not sure if it too soon to tell, but I didn’t see any additional relief from symptoms. Actually seemed like had more hot flashes.
