Died find that I seemed to sleep better but also this product did seem to help with hot flashes and mood management. Only have used for 28 days but will continue to use.

However, the tablets were large and hard to swallow plus I would still get the night sweats and occasional hot flash. The new and improved version is so much easier to swallow and no more hot flashes and very little night sweat activity. Super impressed...LOVE!! I feel great!

I had a partial hysterectomy over 10 years ago and had some hormonal issues thereafter but now the struggle is real! Perimenopause is life altering to say the least. Unfortunately, this product from Estroven didn't qork for me. I have no doubts to the quality of the product because my bff swears by Estroven! Give it a try!

I was really hoping it would with it being all natural. That being said I know everybody has different bodies so it may well work for them. I did a little research before I started taking it and apparently this has been around for many years, so I thought that was really cool.
