I am on Week 3 with no relief of hot flashes or night sweats. So far I have got no results. I still have another week left - but I will update after all is taken. I read alot of reviews and looked forward to trying this product and having at least some relief.

I have very few daily hot flashes now. I used to wake all night with hot flashes, now I might have 1 or 2 a night and some nights none at all. This is an awesome product. I love it!!!

I found that it really helped with my night sweats, lack of energy, stress levels, mental exhaustion and joint/muscle comfort. It was pretty good at reducing my hot flashes and helping me get a restful nights sleep. The product provided me with many benefits that I didn't really expect it would. I did notice results on hot flashes pretty quickly. Just an all around great product. Many bases covered in one pill daily. I also like that the capsules are vegetarian.
