I'm not sure it does work, I feel it depends on the temperature and what your actually dealing with. it's just ok. I don't think this is for everyone, some it works for but others it doesn't.

My issues has been hot flashes more than anything and I feel like although it hasn't totally made them subside, it has either A. definitely decreased the severity and length of them and B. has given me much better sleep in the past month. I feel less tired during the day. I feel less anxious and I have been sleeping better. I will continue taking this as long as it helps me.

I’ve been using this product for going on 56 days. Hot flashes have minimized but not 100% relief like many have said. Night sweats are still there but again not as bad. This has not helped with Sleeplessness though at all. I still wake up 4-5 times a night.

I had been taking Estroven for years but have found that Complete has been what I needed to get more relief from hot flashes, night sweats, and an improvement in my energy.
