I have had the Delfino queen firm mattress for two weeks. I went from a 12-year-old Sleep Number to this. I am happy with the mattress. I wonder if I should have gotten the medium instead of firm, but it may have been too soft. The mattress works well with an adjustable base. I feel like I am sleeping better, and my spine is straighter. It was on sale so that was a plus. Delivery was good. I would recommend this mattress.

It’s a lot firmer than I wanted

Mattress settles where you sleep, after a few minutes, I’ve had this one almost a month and looking for a replacement, sams said I have 90 days, don’t want to try and get used to it any longer

Started out fine. Wanted a firm mattress and it was alot harder than I thought but I could live with it. However, it's been 6 months now and it started cupping in a the place where I sleep so I'm starting to feel like I'm caving in place. I love Serta products and the Serta perfect sleeper brands typically have lasted years but this particular one I've not had good success with. It won't keep me from buying Serta though.

Bought this mattress 3 months ago from Sam's. Easy delivery to our garage where we let it aired out of any smell. Placed it in the bed and it felt soft from the day one. Overnight, my hip was sunken and I woke with a back pain. Tried it for many nights, and it never got better. Assuming this might have been a lemon, but I am moving on to something different.

In mid April of 2025 we ordered the Serta Perfect Sleeper Delfino Nights Pillow Top Mattress in medium. It was great the first few weeks. I had high hopes. It has already started sagging and you hear creaks when you get up. We had a similar mattress to this also purchased from Sam's and used it for years. This has not held up at all. Completely disappointed, especially now that I realize we have had this only around 2 months.

1. Plastic was ripped in corner causing mattress to be dirty and frayed in that corner and also allowing the penetration of outside odors. 2. Threads coming out of mattress. 3. Not white glove delivery. Drivers reeked of cigarette smoke smelling up my house and new mattress. Did not bother to where shoe coverings. I wish I would have had them leave it outside the smoke smell was so bad.

So i received my mattress set and with in 2weeks i finally set it up on my frame and my box spring has a hole in it , reached out to customer service to replace it ⁴ thats four times! and never got a reply Sam's place the blaim on serta mattress. Here is the reason why the store doesn't supply mattress anymore NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not buy online

My mattress and box spring was delivered 06-13-24. Serta sent a 5" box spring instead of a 9". The mattress is not level. You sink down on the side I am sleeping on, and it is firm on the other side. I am very surprised at my experience since the reviews are so good. I would like to have a representative from Serta to examine this mattress. Also, when I talked to customer service, they tell me to send pictures via email. I do not know how to do that.

it's been only a week but my anxiety is going up I can't move freely. i don't recommend anything that has memory foam. it's hard to explain, i purchased the medium its much more firm, then I expected, but yet it sinks in and then it makes it hard for you to turn while sleeping, Even the wake!!!
