100 Night In-Home Trial

It takes time to adjust to your new mattress which is why we want to give Sam’s members up to 100 nights to try it risk-free (trial period starts on the day of delivery). If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your mattress or set for a full refund. If you feel the mattress may be defective, please reach out to our Serta Simmons Customer Service team to discuss options under the 10-year limited warranty.

Serta Mattress Order Process

All Serta mattresses are made to order. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.

• Member will receive a call, text and email from our White Glove Delivery partner (RXO) to schedule delivery.

• RXO will provide the 4-hour delivery window 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.

• Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

• If delivery hasn’t been scheduled within 2 weeks of order date, Serta Simmons reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

• For any concerns or questions regarding your order please contact the Serta Simmons Sam’s Club team at (888) 802-2948.

White Glove Delivery

• Includes setup of the item(s) in the room of your choice.

• Setup is not provided for any base or frame not delivered by RXO.

• Removal & disposal of an old mattress or set (excludes waterbeds, platform beds, adjustable bases or any other furniture).

• The delivery agent can refuse pickup of any stained mattress and/or foundation for the safety of the drivers.

• You may ask the delivery agent to move a used mattress to another room in lieu of removal.
