I use this just about everyday. For me the effect is greater compared to alpha brain but that’s just me. To blast through a day in the office, out in the field or Heli snowboarding for 4 straight days this has been a staple. When fatigue, wobbly legs and injury risk are at stake this is really the bare minimum that works....... into the evening. I join this with Active B, Shroom tech Immune, Masszymes and turmeric on a daily.

Fantastic after work pre gym boost that does not keep me wired! Gives me a great sense of focus, motivation, and clear energy. Was worried that it would keep me awake since I take it in the PM. This is not the case at all, and actually feel like I fall asleep faster. Great product. Bought the trial size and am now going for the longer supply.

I’d just say it’s amazing both Alpha brain and Shroom tech I haven’t been this Motivated in a long time. I’ve been through a lot of trauma and Went heart monitor flat a few times. I've told numerous people how legit these pills are and how varied the uses are. I've taken them on numerous lengthy 10-15 mile hikes at higher elevations and noticed a real difference. Pre-COVID, I would take them before playing basketball and get significantly less winded over the course of two hours of playing. Less pronounced effect for weightlifting but assuredly they're helping that too.

I’m a fan. I’ll admit, I tried Alpha Brain and I didn’t feel an effect, but I do feel that Shroom Tech provided me with more consistent energy, with quicker recovery between sets. It is by no means a caffeine-packed, vein-popping, bounce off the walls pre-workout supplement. At first I was skeptical excuse I didn’t feel that, but have come to appreciate the mellow, long lasting and consistent energy supplied by Shroom Tech

If you’re an athlete into natural fitness, DO NOT SKIP OVER THIS PRODUCT W/O A TRY. I am a former D1 swimmer who now spends my time trying all different forms of exercise. From yoga to surfing, and running to lifting, I now take this supplement before each activity. I never pump up products unless they do what they advertise. Not sure if it’s just me or what but I didn’t feel anything, I went through the whole bottle and still didn’t feel anything. No shade because for some people it might work but for me it wasn’t good. I won’t buy this anymore but I might check out some of the other products

Great pre-workout supplement. Previous pre-workout supplements caused excessive jitters, so much so that my doctor recommended I stopped taking them due to it being a possible cause of irregular heartbeat. I decided to try Shroom Tech as I am a huge fan of all of the other supplements and again Onnit delivers a great product with the testing to back it. I will continue to use, thanks again for nailing it!

This is without a doubt my favorite part of my stack. I’ve never had a supplement that I genuinely believe helps me find that fifth gear better. Any single day I’m going to do something very intense or I intend being in zone 5 for an extended time I take shroomtech sport.
