I have taken Shroom Tech for 7+ years.  I decided to take a break from it just to see if I could tell a difference with my workouts and it was a drastic difference. I felt gassed out way quicker without Shroom Tech. I feel way better in my workouts with Shroom Tech

I was looking for something that would help with rolls. It took a few days but I noticed going from 2 5min to 4 or 5 in the first month. Now I can go a good 8 to ten taking half min break. The extra work has put me at 190 from 230 when I started.

Quick boost

If you’re an athlete into natural fitness, DO NOT SKIP OVER THIS PRODUCT W/O A TRY. I am a former D1 swimmer who now spends my time trying all different forms of exercise. From yoga to surfing, and running to lifting, I now take this supplement before each activity. I never pump up products unless they do what they advertise. From an Athlete - this stuff works!

Can definitely notice a difference while taking Shroom Tech Sport.  Workouts seem to last as long as I want them too without getting drained before I am done.  If I have a plan going into the gym I am able to stick to it and accomplish everything I want to without fear of getting tired.

Great product!

I recently partook in the yearly TD Bank 5 Boro Bike Tour, for the second year in a row (for those that don't know, it's a 40 Mile Bike ride, spanning all 5 Boros of NYC, comprised of 32,000 cyclists and Zero cars). There were rough patches (the BQE and the Verizano Bridge come to mind), but I got through it! I felt my breathing was more controlled throughout and my oxygen was optimized. I noticed and felt the clear difference when I was on and off Shroom Tech Sport thought training and then at the event. Highly recommended. Thank you Onnit!

I loved this stuff!! I would take 4 capsules before my workout in the morning. I got better pumps, more energy and great focus.
No itching, shakes or stomach upset from this supplement. 
I would take this everyday if I could afford it, which brings me to the one and only downfall if this product is its spendy!! Reccomend this for everyone, even those who are sensitive to stimulants.

Love the Shroom tech!

I was looking for a natural pre-workout supplement that wouldn’t wreck my GI tract and Shroom Tech looked promising.  After using it for a few weeks, I can say that it seems to work.  While I don’t experience a marked increase in energy after taking it, I have noticed that my stamina has improved.  I can go longer in the gym before fatigue sets in.  Zero GI issues.

The downside of Shroom Tech is the cost. I ordered the 84 count bottle thinking it would last me a while, but the recommended dose is four capsules.  In an effort to conserve, I don’t use it for every workout.  I have used other cordyceps supplements in the past that are less expensive, recommended smaller dosing and achieved similar results.

Seems to work

Not sure if it’s just me or what but I didn’t feel anything, I went through the whole bottle and still didn’t feel anything. No shade because for some people it might work but for me it wasn’t good. I won’t buy this anymore but I might check out some of the other products

Not for me

I bought shrooms tech sport after listening to Joe Rogan and Brian callen talk about it on their podcasts!  Excited to try, but I did not help me get through me work out.  I was excited to try other onnit products but I most likely will not after the disappointment of the shrooms tech.
