I have taken Shroom Tech for 7+ years. I decided to take a break from it just to see if I could tell a difference with my workouts and it was a drastic difference. I felt gassed out way quicker without Shroom Tech. I feel way better in my workouts with Shroom Tech

I bought this product for the first time because I’ve been hearing rogan go nuts about it on his podcast. I’m an athlete that loves endurance so I wanted something that wasn’t going to bug me out but, but definitely give me a boost. I definitely feel waves of energy hitting me throughout my work out, and I feel safe taking this becuase I trust the company and everything in the product is broken down and explained to you wether on the website or on ur products label. I have taken shroom tech for years. It started for my love of Alpha Brain and my outright disdain for every pre-workout I have ever had. They always made me too jittery and feel bloated. Shroom TECH was a different beast. I didn't know what to expect. I was waiting for the jitters. I was waiting for that instant rush. But it never came. What I did feel was one of the best workouts I have ever had. I never felt it come on. It wasn't until I was pushing a personal best time in my 4 mile run that I realized what I felt. I have purchased this product a handful of times now and each and every time I take it the 4 pills (as directed by the bottle) I feel an energy come over me. I also have found how well I am able to breathe while using this product before I run a few miles. It is certainly nothing like caffeine or any energy supplement I have ever tried. I am really loving these! The recommended dosage is 4 pills before a workout, but I'm a petite woman so I just take 1 for normal workouts, or 2 if I'm doing HIIT. I feel a huge difference just with that amount! There are no weird side effects, no jitters, I simply just have an extra boost of energy through my workout that feels natural. It's kind of amazing!

I was looking for a natural pre-workout supplement that wouldn’t wreck my GI tract and Shroom Tech looked promising. After using it for a few weeks, I can say that it seems to work. While I don’t experience a marked increase in energy after taking it, I have noticed that my stamina has improved. I can go longer in the gym before fatigue sets in. Zero GI issues. The downside of Shroom Tech is the cost. I ordered the 84 count bottle thinking it would last me a while, but the recommended dose is four capsules. In an effort to conserve, I don’t use it for every workout. I have used other cordyceps supplements in the past that are less expensive, recommended smaller dosing and achieved similar results.
