I have taken Shroom Tech for 7+ years. I decided to take a break from it just to see if I could tell a difference with my workouts and it was a drastic difference. I felt gassed out way quicker without Shroom Tech. I feel way better in my workouts with Shroom Tech

I was looking for something that would help with rolls. It took a few days but I noticed going from 2 5min to 4 or 5 in the first month. Now I can go a good 8 to ten taking half min break. The extra work has put me at 190 from 230 when I started.

Don’t like pre work outs because of the shaky, jittery feeling I usually get but Shroom tech doesn’t give me that. It’s just the right amount of energy and definitely gives you that extra push during the workout when you need it most. Definitely recommend this product!

I use this just about everyday. For me the effect is greater compared to alpha brain but that’s just me. To blast through a day in the office, out in the field or Heli snowboarding for 4 straight days this has been a staple. When fatigue, wobbly legs and injury risk are at stake this is really the bare minimum that works....... into the evening. I join this with Active B, Shroom tech Immune, Masszymes and turmeric on a daily.

Just bought my second bottle because this stuff works! I usually only take 2 per workout, and I up it to the recommended 4 for competition as to not build a tolerance too it as I have many supplements. I definitely feel the difference and have improved my times greatly on runs with it vs without it!

This is without a doubt my favorite part of my stack. I’ve never had a supplement that I genuinely believe helps me find that fifth gear better. Any single day I’m going to do something very intense or I intend being in zone 5 for an extended time I take shroomtech sport.

I recently partook in the yearly TD Bank 5 Boro Bike Tour, for the second year in a row (for those that don't know, it's a 40 Mile Bike ride, spanning all 5 Boros of NYC, comprised of 32,000 cyclists and Zero cars). There were rough patches (the BQE and the Verizano Bridge come to mind), but I got through it! I felt my breathing was more controlled throughout and my oxygen was optimized. Absolutely love it . I take it before jiu jitsu to give me that extra gear , and I don’t like the feeling pre workouts give me but shroomtech gives me the energy I need without the stimulant feeling . Wether it’s jiu jitsu or I have a large job that needs to be done in one day ( I’m an electrician for a solar company ) I can’t count on shroom tech to give me that extra edge I need .I recommend it to everyone

I like the fact that this doesn’t have caffeine that is all natural. Therefore is a different type of energy which I like but is not intense you are just a little more lucid but i still like it I would give it a 3.5 star. If it was a little more intense i’d give it a 5 star.
