This is without a doubt my favorite part of my stack. I’ve never had a supplement that I genuinely believe helps me find that fifth gear better. Any single day I’m going to do something very intense or I intend being in zone 5 for an extended time I take shroomtech sport.

Works phenomenally. I do muay thai and ive been using this to help prep for an upcoming fight and i feel a hige difference. I can go harder for a longer time and im able to recover very well and re-exhaust myself again. Big difference in cardio and calisthenics. Really awesome product.

I bought shrooms tech sport after listening to Joe Rogan and Brian callen talk about it on their podcasts! Excited to try, but I did not help me get through me work out. I was excited to try other onnit products but I most likely will not after the disappointment of the shrooms tech.

This is the second time I've bought Shroom Tech. I love it. I take it before I go on all my hard runs and really strenuous workouts that involve sprinting and lots of HIIT. It's not so much a huge energy boost - more like sustained energy and more gas in the tank. I'd love if I could only take 2 instead of 4 pills but I think that's my only complaint.

Great energy with the jitters. Highly recommended. Way better than the typical sugary pre workout you will find on the market. This company is about putting out high quality products that give you results. You can tell just by the athletes they endorse that they mean business

Fantastic after work pre gym boost that does not keep me wired! Gives me a great sense of focus, motivation, and clear energy. Was worried that it would keep me awake since I take it in the PM. This is not the case at all, and actually feel like I fall asleep faster. Great product. Bought the trial size and am now going for the longer supply.

I have used this product mainly during metabolic conditioning and on a couple long distance runs. I will say for the metcons and explosive workouts I have noticed increased stamina. During the long distance aerobic exercises I had decent gut discomfort from it and no notice of improvement with the run.

Great pre-workout supplement. Previous pre-workout supplements caused excessive jitters, so much so that my doctor recommended I stopped taking them due to it being a possible cause of irregular heartbeat. I decided to try Shroom Tech as I am a huge fan of all of the other supplements and again Onnit delivers a great product with the testing to back it. I will continue to use, thanks again for nailing it!

I’d just say it’s amazing both Alpha brain and Shroom tech I haven’t been this Motivated in a long time. I’ve been through a lot of trauma and Went heart monitor flat a few times. Got in trouble with the law. I don’t drink anymore I quit smoking cigarettes both for a year now. Onnit to me is great I know everyone is different, but it’s helped me in so many different ways I can’t put it into words. Thank you everyone who was apart of this creation the scientists and all. Being a soldier is demanding. Obviously the physical aspects day in and day out can tear you down. Getting up each day and know you have to work out, run, train is daunting because your always physically exhausted. Since I started using Shroom Tech Sport I’ve been able to push through the fatigue and start each day off strong. Unlike pre-workout or other supplements, there isn’t a decline or crash after the initial rush of energy. The workouts are just as tough, the runs just as long but Shroom Tech is like having an extra gas tank. I can’t see myself ever switching to something else. This should be standard issue. If you need something to help you push to that next day, workout or goal then this is for you!!
