very good product that i use before the gym, feels like it gives me far more energy to complete more sets and my recovery between sets feels way faster, would recommend for sure!! would you also able to consider putting a disclaimer for UK shipping that the order may incur duty and tax charges, i ordered a larger order this week and have had to pay an extra £70 on top of the fedex premium int. delivery. however though it is worth the money

I bought shrooms tech sport after listening to Joe Rogan and Brian callen talk about it on their podcasts! Excited to try, but I did not help me get through me work out. I was excited to try other onnit products but I most likely will not after the disappointment of the shrooms tech.

I like the fact that this doesn’t have caffeine that is all natural. Therefore is a different type of energy which I like but is not intense you are just a little more lucid but i still like it I would give it a 3.5 star. If it was a little more intense i’d give it a 5 star.

Another great product! It definitely has helped me get more energy at the end of my work day and before working out. I only take it Thursday and Fridays because those are the days I struggle the most. It is not super high energy level like you would get with an energy drink but you also don't have a crash. Give it a good 45 minutes for it to really kick in. When I am in the middle of working out, I start to realize that I am not as tired as normal and afterwards I still have energy. Again for me it was not a crazy level of energy but more a healthy level but it does work

I was looking for a natural pre-workout supplement that wouldn’t wreck my GI tract and Shroom Tech looked promising. After using it for a few weeks, I can say that it seems to work. While I don’t experience a marked increase in energy after taking it, I have noticed that my stamina has improved. I can go longer in the gym before fatigue sets in. Zero GI issues. The downside of Shroom Tech is the cost. I ordered the 84 count bottle thinking it would last me a while, but the recommended dose is four capsules. In an effort to conserve, I don’t use it for every workout. I have used other cordyceps supplements in the past that are less expensive, recommended smaller dosing and achieved similar results.

good clean energy all day long. No jittery feelings. Most days I don’t take the full suggested amount of four capsules. But when I do I feel great. Too great. Even though you won’t feel super caffeinated, there have been nights where I can’t go to sleep. If you’re going to take 4 capsules don’t consume coffee or energy drinks. You won’t need it.

Really does increase your energy levels for workouts without making you feel seeded up.

In my personal opinion does not do the job, I bought it to see if it actually helped improve my endurance and performance but it didn’t.

This product is ok but lacks that punch I was hoping for. While I could see some boost in energy, It just wasn’t that wow factor like some other products I’ve tried. It also for me caused some major stomach craps and irritability.
