Without Shroom-tech sport, there is no way our team could have made it through filming the first season of the series "SEE". 16 hour days often starting at 330 am meant we needed all the energy we could possibly get. Shroom-tech sport was the supplement that kept the team going strong all day while never having the crash associated with other energy supplements. Thanks Onnit!!!

good clean energy all day long. No jittery feelings. Most days I don’t take the full suggested amount of four capsules. But when I do I feel great. Too great. Even though you won’t feel super caffeinated, there have been nights where I can’t go to sleep. If you’re going to take 4 capsules don’t consume coffee or energy drinks. You won’t need it.

I loved this stuff!! I would take 4 capsules before my workout in the morning. I got better pumps, more energy and great focus. No itching, shakes or stomach upset from this supplement. I would take this everyday if I could afford it, which brings me to the one and only downfall if this product is its spendy!! Reccomend this for everyone, even those who are sensitive to stimulants.

Purchased the ShroomTech Sport a couple of times and I'm very happy with the product. Take it on my way to early morning workouts or sometimes in the afternoons for energy support and have noticed a nice difference. Finish workouts and runs with some purpose where before it was sometimes just a matter of trudging through. Also noticed how it helps my "get up and go" at work when I need it. No jitters and no sleeplessness. Will definitely be buying again and again.

The energy provided is not an overwhelming jittery-ness you may get from some pre workouts, rather it’s sustained energy in the background while exercising. I found it beneficial when rolling at jiu jitsu. It allowed me to train at what felt to be full speed/power even though I was in a calorie deficit trying to shed weight. Would use again.

I took Shroom Tech Sport before a 6 mile run, and I loved the extra energy it gave me. I felt like I was running stronger that day, and I wanted to run longer. I was with a long time running friend, and she told me she noticed I was running stronger that day too. I really like that it doesn't give me any jitters, because some supplements (perhaps with caffeine or other stimulants) make me feel shaky, but this product did not. I really like taking it before a semi-long run (6-9 miles) or a semi-long workout (1 hour or more). I don't feel the need to take it prior to shorter workouts (for my level of fitness). This product gives me the extra boost of energy for longer workouts, especially on days that I feel sluggish. It makes the sluggishness go away. I have recommended it to friends as well.

This is the second time I've bought Shroom Tech. I love it. I take it before I go on all my hard runs and really strenuous workouts that involve sprinting and lots of HIIT. It's not so much a huge energy boost - more like sustained energy and more gas in the tank. I'd love if I could only take 2 instead of 4 pills but I think that's my only complaint.

In my personal opinion does not do the job, I bought it to see if it actually helped improve my endurance and performance but it didn’t.

I've tried many pre-workouts. This one by far is the cleanest and after your workout your able to eat and sleep peacefully. Some pre-workouts would keep me up with a heavy heartbeat or alertness this one has none of those effects.

I use this before I start work at the warehouse. I'm now the top puller for 3rd shift and I have less days of feeling exhausted. I also use the electrolyte mix during my lunch break
