I was lucky enough to get a small sample sized bottle of Shroom Tech. Came in the mail yesterday, so I decided to try it out today. I followed the instructions and took it 45 minutes before my work out. I took TWO capsules instead of the recommended FOUR. For the record, before my workout all I had was water and these two capsules. That’s it. No pre-workout, no other supplements. I am afraid that if I would have taken the recommended four capsules I would have broke my elliptical, threw my kettle bell through the house, across the yard and into my neighbors house, and still had the energy to lift my 4x4 pickup and perform the oil change at the same time. This stuff is amazing and I’m definitely buying more.

I was looking for a product to give me that extra boost when I'm heading out for a big hike (I climb 14,000-foot mountains in CO). I usually struggled to get enough oxygen as we climbed higher and found myself getting extra tired - until I tried this. There was a noticeable difference in my ability to PUSH hard up the mountain without feeling completely spent. Great stuff!

took it as recommended 45min before workout. Not the same burst you would get from drinking an energy drink, but steady and consistent. It has a high amount of b12 so I guess that could be it, but overall I liked it. With the price though I would have to use for workouts only and not an everyday thing. Definitely prefer a more natural boost over the Bangs ect

When I first used it, it did exactly what it was designed to do... I set personal best in the boxing gym, running and light weight lifting, Accumulated to a 3 hour session in total when I usually do about one and a half... so far I am absolutely satisfied, and it's also pretty cool knowing there from Austin Texas. can't wait to try more products

I have tried 4 or 5 standard pre-workout supplements and always get the jittery caffeine buzz. Shroomtech doesn't give me that buzz. I get the focus and energy I need for a hard workout. There is no crash afterwards and I can always get an extra set in when I use it.

When I started taking Shroom TECH, I did notice I had more energy then usual. I originally thought it was because I was getting a little more in shape, but I found out that wasn't the case as all. I found out that this product works really well when I ran out and started to get gassed quicker during Jiu Jitsu class.

This is literally the best supplement for training. I only take 1-2 capsules depending on my workout and the results have been amazing. I stopped taking whey because I recover really well after my workouts. Also found it really helpful in increasing my swim endurance!

I bought this a while back and forgot I had them. I just started running again, and was having a tough time getting back in rhythm. Took these bad boys, and I jumped from struggling during 2-3 miles to running 5 miles and still having energy. I thought maybe it was a placebo effect, so I continued to take the product and noticed that my breathing is less labored when I use the product. Maybe these are expensive for most, but I feel that it doesn't matter so much when concerning one's health.
