I am 42 and out of shape. I have changed my diet to normalize my nutritional intake. This put me on the right track to get back to the dojo. After 2 weeks I realized that getting back to my former physical condition was going to suck! I decided to try shroom tech sport to see if it could help. Wow! Dose 1 I had zero fatigue during 1.5 hour workout. I was turned on the whole time and never let up. This was the edge I was looking for.

I'd like to preface this review by saying i'm not one to exercise on a regular basis, but i do have my spurts of motivation where i long to improve my physique - but far from a gym rat. I tried half the recommended qty and saw noticeable improvements in endurance and performance. I found i was really pushing myself once it fully kicked in - roughly 20 minutes in.

I had heard great things from people I trust. So I wanted to try it. Im used to the standard preworkouts that target the nervous system. However, in my quest for Total Human Optimization, I realized I needed to cut out the extra caffeine and artificial ingredients I was consuming. So happy I made this decision. Ive been using it for about a week. Each workout Ive noticed better performance and more even energy throughout the workout, not just during the first 20 minutes or so (like what I eas used to with other products). Yesterday I really noticed that my energy remained more even throughout the day, despite consuming less caffeine. Im really excited to see how this continues to produce results for me. Pairing this with the Spirulina and Chlorella Im noticing better workouts and far better recovery!

ShroomTech Sport is my new favorite pre-workout supplement. It's one of the only performance-enhancing supplements I've ever tried that I thought was worth it. You know it's working when you're able to keep pushing, almost effortlessly, without feeling jittery or like a thousand hot needles are stabbing your face. It feels very subtle and very clean, so you don't even realize that you've taken a pre-workout supp. It's a little pricey compared to many other pre-workout supplements, but worth the value in my opinion. Though I am a lightweight as a 160 pounder, so I don't need to take as much as a bigger person. I haven't tried this for a lifting workout, but for conditioning/endurance work, I don't think there's anything better out there.

I was looking for a product to give me that extra boost when I'm heading out for a big hike (I climb 14,000-foot mountains in CO). I usually struggled to get enough oxygen as we climbed higher and found myself getting extra tired - until I tried this. There was a noticeable difference in my ability to PUSH hard up the mountain without feeling completely spent. Great stuff!

I bought this at first to use instead of taking pre-workout. It worked great and I noticed a difference, but it still wasn't enough of a kick for me. I was smooth and gentle, amazing nonetheless. It was just that I like the itchy and tingly feelings and the rush I get from the pre-workouts I normally take. I didn't work out any less with Shroom Tech, it was just different. So anyway, I had a bunch of Shroom Tech left over, and one day I woke up after having been up way past my bedtime. I was so groggy and just could not wake up. Usually on days like this I would take some Alpha Brain and drink some Bulletproof coffee. The I could push through the day and be cool. However, I was out of Alpha Brain. So what did I do? I decided to take the Shroom Tech instead. It gives you energy right? So why not. I figured that since I had a bunch and I wasn't going to use it to work out I might as well use it to wake up. I got an awesome blast from the Shroom Tech that took me through the day smoothly. No crazy crash, no intense jittery feeling. It was great. I actually felt more alert and awake from this than the Alpha Brain. It's now my favorite thing to give my butt a kick in the morning when I didn't get enough sleep. You've got a customer for life outta me with this one. Good stuff guys, keep on making awesome supplements!

I love the product, it definitely gives me an extra boosts. I do have a question though. I’m terrible at swallowing pills and these are especially difficult for me. If I open the pills and take the power will they have the same effect or will it come on too strong and not last as long?

I've tried my share of pre work outs and this is clearly premium fuel for the body. It really helped making a difference when I go biking and my times have gotten better because I'm able to pump the pedals and feels like my legs have energy for days.

Works very well. I work as a ice hockey referee where sometimes I lose the ability to stay 100% focused, and this stuff without even thinking about it allows you to stay sharp for a long while and gives you the energy to keep pushing
