When I first used it, it did exactly what it was designed to do... I set personal best in the boxing gym, running and light weight lifting, Accumulated to a 3 hour session in total when I usually do about one and a half... so far I am absolutely satisfied, and it's also pretty cool knowing there from Austin Texas. can't wait to try more products

I've been a long time Joe Rogan listener so I thought I'd give Onnit a try. Years ago, I ordered the total human monthly pack and loved it. I've been trying to ease my way off of caffeine especially pre-workout and this was a great option! I had the boost I needed without all the extra fillers and chemicals. Not only was Shroom TECH great for a pre-workout, but as an OTF Head Coach, I was able to ditch my energy drink and take Shroom TECH before opening the studio at 5a! I bought this product and was skeptical . Instead of taking 4 i take 2 and it seems to give me that extra boost especially after working all day. I would imagine taking 4 if your workouts are very intense and long. Everyones body is different , i am just getting back into exercising regularly at some point i will work my way up to 4 capsules and a longer workout :). I found these products through joe rogan podcast and i also listen to joey diaz.

Best supplement I've ever used. Period. If you expect this to do the same thing for you that those can full of poison you buy at the gas station, then move on. What this does is provide the type of energy an already motivated person needs to power through any activity they might be doing. I'm a professional land surveyor, my days consist of a lot of walking on all types of terrain, cutting trails through swampland, driving hubs for construction, digging holes through roots, clay , asphalt, etc. I'm also an athlete who comes home after 10-12 hours of said job and works out 6 days a week. I keep one bottle of Shroomtech in the work truck, and one beside my kettlebells. This is also good because it's stimulant free, I don't need to worry about it geeking me up so that I have even more trouble sleeping than usual. The most subtle energy, it's almost like it waits til you start doing something to kick in. Can't really explain it that well. Bottom line ... This is awesome.

I love the product, it definitely gives me an extra boosts. I do have a question though. I’m terrible at swallowing pills and these are especially difficult for me. If I open the pills and take the power will they have the same effect or will it come on too strong and not last as long?

I received my first bottle in the mail two days ago. I took two capsules that day post coffee and breakfast, and in between other coffee meetings. I couldn't place the effects of ShroomTech that day. I took two yesterday mid-day on an empty stomach (intermittent fasting), and was firing. Just boundless. Boundless but in control, up until the very moment I decided I should hit the hay due to an early morning, and no problems getting to sleep and slept soundly. I also took two NewMood's before bed as suggested on the product packaging. It was an odd sensation knowing I could sleep while having been lifted by something all day. Not sure if I can attribute the ability to sleep on the New Mood or not. Either way, delighted to know that I achieved both boundless energy without jitters, and in control of my circadian rhythm. Today, I got up at 630 am and took two capsules of ShroomTech first thing on an empty stomach and held off on the coffee until about 745am. I was firing all day long. Took my AlphaBrain with lunch. I had the throttle twisted and was effectively executing all day. Just straight blasting to the moon. My appetite was fine. No side effects. Today was also HIIT leg day. blasted through that like butter. Its unbelievable. The combination of Shroomtech, AlphaBrain, and New Mood allowed me to fully optimize and execute all day long. All the while was aware that I was oddly able to keep going, and going, and going. Selfishly, I don't want to recommend it to too many people as I want to keep my new competitive advantage a secret! Pretty unbelievable stuff.

I have tried 4 or 5 standard pre-workout supplements and always get the jittery caffeine buzz. Shroomtech doesn't give me that buzz. I get the focus and energy I need for a hard workout. There is no crash afterwards and I can always get an extra set in when I use it.

I can definitely see a difference in my workouts since starting to take this a half hour before my workouts. I also take creatine and a little pre workout but I feel like I almost don’t even need pre anymore with this. I have been increasing my weight and just able to do way more reps with this supplement. Already finished the bottle and now ordering another! Definitely worth the money!!!

Unfortunately, Shroom Tech didn't work for me. Everyone's body chemistry is different obviously, so I am sure that is likely my dietary and gut make up that is making this a non-starter for me. I've subscribed to this product for a few months, and unfortunately, it's just not doing anything for me. Fortunately, this is a rare occurrence with Onnit products. Didn't work for me; but I'd recommend that it is worth trying by anyone. Not everything works for everyone.

I've used this for about a month now. I can't say I've noticed any increase in energy or endurance. I'm not dogging on Onnit because they do make quality products generally but what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for the next. No negative side effects to report, I just didn't see any benefits I was hoping for.
