Running has always been my kryptonite. Get me on some sprinting drills and cardio circuits and call me 'ralph'. Granted I have, and can, get into proper running shape, still hate it. Which is a problem since I'm an athlete. Started taking these bad boys before rugby practice and noticed admirable benefits. Sure, fatigue still sets in and air gets scarce however, I bump back quicker. As season progresses I expect Shroom Tech to be that extra gas in the tank to allow me to gain better fitness than I ever have before so I can run harder, and hit harder for longer. Only con is that it takes three pills for a serving..

I bought this a while back and forgot I had them. I just started running again, and was having a tough time getting back in rhythm. Took these bad boys, and I jumped from struggling during 2-3 miles to running 5 miles and still having energy. I thought maybe it was a placebo effect, so I continued to take the product and noticed that my breathing is less labored when I use the product. Maybe these are expensive for most, but I feel that it doesn't matter so much when concerning one's health.

I've been taking shroom tech for about a month (before I'm about to have a hard bjj session) and I've noticed that each time I take it my muscles are much less fatigued (hardly fatigued at all) and I can roll at a high level of intensity start to finish. Worked for me so I'm going to keep getting it.

When I first used it, it did exactly what it was designed to do... I set personal best in the boxing gym, running and light weight lifting, Accumulated to a 3 hour session in total when I usually do about one and a half... so far I am absolutely satisfied, and it's also pretty cool knowing there from Austin Texas. can't wait to try more products

When I started taking Shroom TECH, I did notice I had more energy then usual. I originally thought it was because I was getting a little more in shape, but I found out that wasn't the case as all. I found out that this product works really well when I ran out and started to get gassed quicker during Jiu Jitsu class.

maybe it's just me, but after talking the recommended dose, I was feeling really good and feeling energy that I normally don't, but the side effect is it made me kinda agro. I was cussing at ppl in my mind and feeling really short tempered. that's not my norm.

Of Every supplement I've tried in the past for post-workout, pre-workout, vasodilation, muscular endurance, getting the pre-workout PUMP, etc. - This is BY AND FAR THE BEST. Shroom Tech gives you the energy to go one more round in the ring. 10 more reps, one more circuit... Whatever it is you do - you will notice yourself having energy that you normally wouldn't have nearing the end of your workout session. I'm a HUGE fan of this supplement and would recommend it to anyone who trains regularly looking to take their game to the next level.

I've been using ShroomTech for 4 years, and it's my all-time favorite supplement. Keeps me going through long rough game. Why the sudden change in formula though? You have to take four pills now instead of three with less vitamins and cordyceps, plus it's only a 21 day supply for the samne price as the 30 was.

I can definitely see a difference in my workouts since starting to take this a half hour before my workouts. I also take creatine and a little pre workout but I feel like I almost don’t even need pre anymore with this. I have been increasing my weight and just able to do way more reps with this supplement. Already finished the bottle and now ordering another! Definitely worth the money!!!

Unfortunately, Shroom Tech didn't work for me. Everyone's body chemistry is different obviously, so I am sure that is likely my dietary and gut make up that is making this a non-starter for me. I've subscribed to this product for a few months, and unfortunately, it's just not doing anything for me. Fortunately, this is a rare occurrence with Onnit products. Didn't work for me; but I'd recommend that it is worth trying by anyone. Not everything works for everyone.
