Much better than pre workout powder. I feel much better after taking this, and there is no side effects. It gives me great energy and it keeps me focus throughout my workout.

This stuff works as advertised and surprising well. It just provides you that extended gas tank to go that extra 10-15%, that extra 5-10 hard earned minutes.
