Not sure if it’s doing anything for me but taking on a empty stomach ain’t easy but that’s just the way I am with drinking and taking pills on a empty stomach. Going to continue taking for a little longer to see how it works

I use before my hockey games and before martial arts training, usually 2-3 times per week, I am fat and out of shape but this helps me with a bit more energy and cardio output. Def notice when I skate and dont use it.

This product is ok but lacks that punch I was hoping for. While I could see some boost in energy, It just wasn’t that wow factor like some other products I’ve tried. It also for me caused some major stomach craps and irritability.

Feels like if you were on creatine, but less obvious in lifting, more obvious in general endurance cardio wise. Spreads out energy at a bit higher threshold. I notice my workouts aren’t as draining and I still have energy afterwards.

As a UFC Gym coach and fitness enthusiast I could not be more satisfied with this product. I recommend it to all my students because I use it and it works. Simply put it’s a GAME CHANGER.

Been using this product for some time now. I love the extra edge I get in my running performance. The increase in endurance gets me better times in my 5 and 10k's.
