I think it worked but I’m not sure. Took it as described most days but didn’t really notice a change in mental aptitude. Some days seemed like yes and others seemed like very normal days.

My wife and I have been using shroom tech for three months and won’t use anything else for pre workout. It’s subtle yet very effective and leaves no jitters or crash at all. Best stuff on the market IMO

Can't afford this presently, but use this product for my crossfit-quantum cardio workouts. I got extra steps in my rope-skipping routine and don't get the speedy apprehension that too much caffeine usually elicits.

Feels like if you were on creatine, but less obvious in lifting, more obvious in general endurance cardio wise. Spreads out energy at a bit higher threshold. I notice my workouts aren’t as draining and I still have energy afterwards.

I took these with me to the fire wave national park outside Vegas. I could really feel my stamina increase with less fatigue in general. Also I noticed I was recovering a lot faster and even in the harsh climate.

This product is ok but lacks that punch I was hoping for. While I could see some boost in energy, It just wasn’t that wow factor like some other products I’ve tried. It also for me caused some major stomach craps and irritability.
