The product is great when you take it on an empty stomach. It may not be the best for those who workout after supper or lunch. But, as far as effectiveness, it really gets the body motivated to get it done!

I didnt feel anything taking it I thought it was a waste of money I did buy the alpha brain memory and focus and I like it better I thought this would give me more energy and it didnt.
