[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appearance wise is excellent. Smooth and clean. Downfalls are, there is no timer, the ventilation is horrible, it won’t suck up any steam or fumes. Turning the vent fan on is a pain. You have to cycle through all the speeds to turn it off instead of an on off button. The buttons are not responsive as the old push button style. Even on high setting it takes longer to heat food items up. The side handle is also inconvenient. Bottom line= Don’t buy.

It integrates with Samsung smart things, adjust ventilation speed, lighting, and cook time from your phone. You also receive alerts when it finishes.

The capacity is just right for the volume of food I put in it. I've had it about 6 months and it works great. I highly recommend.

The design is modern and sleek, especially the matte black finish with the edge-to-edge glass display—it looks amazing in the kitchen. The performance is also great: it heats food evenly, runs quietly, and the controls are easy to use. However, the main downside is the ventilation system. The fan is not strong enough, and every time we cook (especially anything with smoke or strong odors), the smoke spreads throughout the house and even triggers the smoke alarm. For an over-the-range microwave, I expected much better ventilation performance. Aside from that, everything else works perfectly. If ventilation is important to you, this is something to consider. Otherwise, it's a solid and stylish microwave.

Microwave only lasted a year. Was purchased from bestbuy about 15 months ago. It currently isn't turning on and warranty was only for 12 months. I've bought cheap Microwave from Walmart that has lasted me years. It's so frustrating paying so much for a Microwave only to have it last a year. I was such a samsung fan. All my appliances are samsung but I'm slowly starting to dislike the brand due to durability. Last year both me and my mom dryer stopped spinning. She switch to another brand i kept Samsung but this might be the straw that broke the camel's back.

Only things i don't like about this front look is that it leaves fingerprints when you open the door and would help at night if touch panel was backlit. Other than that a wonderful microwave to go along with all my other Samsung kitchen appliances.

I thought the ambient lighting would stay on or there would be an on/off button. However, it only comes on when you are using the oven. It isn't very bright. But beware, you may need to purchase new pots and pans. Older sets do not work with the range. I do have one con: It takes a lot of pressing around the touchscreen to get the range to power on. It never works on the first try and it's kind of frustrating.
