Beauty with function and class!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ohhh I love this microwave! It’s sleek, smart, effective and cool at the same time. You can link it to your phone through WiFi and get alerts when your food is ready, turn the light on and off and even operate the fan. It took the place of an older dinosaur, so it is a much needed improvement! Looks great and matches my kitchen well.

Perfect microwave for my smart home.

It is also smart, so I have paired it with my samsung smart stove and run routines based on the state the stove is in. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase.

My Favorite Microwave Of All Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many microwaves throughout my life, but this Samsung Bespoke OTR has been by far my favorite. From the sleek elegant design to the buttons and display, this microwave has transformed my kitchen. If all that isn’t enough, the smart features clinches it as my favorite. I get alerts when my food is done, and as a smart tool it turns on the vents when my Bespoke range turns on. I can’t recommend it enough.

Solid Microwave

Don’t buy it. Go with another brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appearance wise is excellent. Smooth and clean. Downfalls are, there is no timer, the ventilation is horrible, it won’t suck up any steam or fumes. Turning the vent fan on is a pain. You have to cycle through all the speeds to turn it off instead of an on off button. The buttons are not responsive as the old push button style. Even on high setting it takes longer to heat food items up. The side handle is also inconvenient. Bottom line= Don’t buy.

Beautiful Microwave Poorly Designed.

If you enjoy seeing the time of day on your microwave this microwave is not for you. The day and time disappear after a few minutes. The maximum display time is 15 minutes. An option for always on should have been designed into the unit. It's also impossible to know where to touch to light up the face so you end up with finger prints all over the glass. So, a small lit line or dot would have made things much easier.

Brand new piece of junk!

Do not buy this microwave, bought on 1/21/26, failed on 4/1/26, does not heat at all! Shame on Samsung for making an inferior appliance! Now I have to contend with a new microwave with a replacement part, no confidence in their appliances!

Tried to deliver the same crushed microwave TWICE

This 1 star review is for attempting to deliver the same crushed microwave to us twice. RXO delivery folks were nice and the attempted deliveries were on time - and both rejected. 1st delivery, the microwave arrived with a crushed corner. They rescheduled the delivery 1 week later, but they tried to give the EXACT SAME microwave again. There was yellow tape all over the box and the same corner of the box was crushed in. The guys opened the box and pulled out the unit and it was the exact same microwave that I rejected 1 week earlier... After calling Sam's, all they did was offer me a refund. 2 wasted days of vacation time...
