To cook at reduced power, you must enter the OK button after you enter the cook time, then it will take you to that option. I did not see this instruction in the instructions provided, but I eventually figured it out on my own. Other than that, everything about this microwave is awesome.

But to my delight I love everything about it. It looks beautifully, It is quite and easy to use. I just started using the specialty buttons and so far, everything has come out perfectly cooked. It heats up things so nicely much better than my last microwave. The bonus is it matches my stove and my refrigerator!

Connecting to the internet was easy. Using the smart things app synchronization of all my appliances. The brightness of the light is beneficial at nighty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty good microwave. I didn’t actually need a new one but there was a great promotion since I was already buying 3 other appliances. This is very functional. Plenty of space, heats up the food fast, and is very usable. On the downside it attracts a lot of fingerprints and sometimes in low light the buttons aren’t the easiest to see. The fan is a good speed and can control somewhat over WiFi (range hood/light) so that is an added bonus. The display is easy to read as well.

The only thing I don't like is the is no back light and the controls are hard to see. Connectivity with Alexa works well. The oven is very efficient. Interface with the app is OK, not great. Overall, the oven is a great buy.

The Edge to Edge door, mostly glass. It's massive with the hinges on the far left side and the door extends the entire range of the microwave. That's a lot of weight on the two hinges. And indeed, after about 2 months, we noticed a scraping sound when we opened or closed the door. It got worse as time has gone on. The weight of the door is too much for the hinges. It sags. It concerns me that if sagging down, it might be leaking microwaves from a gap in the top
