[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was easy for installer. Awesome microwave as far as features and easy to use. Love it for it ease of use and capacity. Connectivity to samsung phone is easy, display is very clear. Heating and ventilation is great!

The microwave itself is very sleek and has a high end look. My family thought it was beautiful. The best part was the free delivery and installation provided by Sam's Club via a company called RXO. My original delivery date was supposed to be Aug 10 but somehow it was bumped up to Aug 1 which was a nice surprise. The free installation and haul away does require you to remove the old microwave yourself, so keep that in mind. It's not a hard process but make sure you have that step done in advance. I saw online people had mixed reviews about RXO's installation services but I had zero issues. They kept in communication mostly via text and I received a call from their crew 30 min prior to arrival. They were fast, cleaned up after themselves and did everything they were supposed to do! So I was extremely happy with this whole process. Hopefully this Samsung microwave lasts as long as my previous 13 year old microwave. It's definitely a visual upgrade and the fan power seems to be stronger than my old one.

Things are cooked and warmed throughout and I can do so many more things with my microwave. I am happy with the quality and performance. I do plan on getting more items in the Bespoke family as I upgrade my home. Samsung for life!!!

Connecting to the internet was easy. Using the smart things app synchronization of all my appliances. The brightness of the light is beneficial at nighty.

The only thing I don't like is the is no back light and the controls are hard to see. Connectivity with Alexa works well. The oven is very efficient. Interface with the app is OK, not great. Overall, the oven is a great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, it does what it is. supposed to and looks clean and modern...but, the buttons are not responsive as they should be. sometimes you need ti press them a few times before they respond. It is also too difficult to figure out how to melt/soften butter and a few other items. ut requires you to check the menu by opening the microwave door, instead go it being simple.

I wouldn't recommend. While s good looking. Microwave, the quality isn't too notch. Magnetron fried in 14 months. Just outside warranty. If u are going to get this microwave get extra warranty or Samsung care. But overall I'd say stay away least durable I've ever had

The microwave does not ventilate well. When the fan is on the left front of the door is steaming up. It has a large gap between door and the oven on the left.
