I do not recommend this Bespoke Microwave. The control panel, with the exception of the clock, DOES NOT LIGHT UP. It is difficult to see in daylight and impossible at night without the entire kitchen lights being on. For the life of me, I cannot understand why Samsung would do this. Unfortunately, the store I purchased from did not tell me this or I would not have purchased it.

I am able to place my food in the microwave and heat food later from my app. My stove is an older model so I haven't been able to use it to the fullest capabilities. This is a great purchase and definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Bespoke has a 14" round rotating tray. The display is visible and easy to read. The outside stainless-steel finish matches my Samsung range. Inside the door is a cooking time guide for easy use. The ventilation works very well. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible microwave for one reason - The display is not backlit and you cannot see the display except in the daylight, or you shine a flashlight on it. The website leads you to believe it is illuminated. It is not! As soon as I got it and realized the issue, I ask Millman’s Appliances to replace it with the next model which is backlit, and I would pay the difference. They ghosted me and refused to do anything.

The cooking settings are easy to follow and the interior capacity is quite generous. I really like the fact that it has the internet connection to my phone … easy to keep track of progress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product features excellent craftsmanship, impressive capacity, and clear display. It heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. However, it does require frequent cleaning of fingerprints from the glass front, and it would benefit from having a second shelf.

I am not impressed with this Microwave. We bought it in October 2024. It was installed in January 2025. So, operating about 8 months before we had issues. Cost of getting it repaired equivalent to a new Microwave. Will not purchase Samsung appliances again.

In the past few months we have purchased a refrigerator freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher and we are extremely pleased with all of them. They are all equipped to be used wirelessly, web, and are Bespoke models. They have the look of elegance. A great addition to our kitchen.
