Digital Chaos

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this Samsung microwave for about four months now. Initially, we noticed some heating inconsistencies—items weren’t warming up in the usual amount of time. Fortunately, that issue seemed to resolve on its own after a while. More recently, we’ve run into a new problem: the digital display has started acting up. It flashes randomly, starts and stops on its own, and seems to have a mind of its own. I’ve uploaded a video to show what’s happening. Overall, we’re somewhat satisfied with the microwave’s performance when it works properly, but it’s disappointing to be facing issues like this so soon. I’d really prefer not to go through the hassle of a replacement or repair this early on, but it’s likely going to be necessary. Cheers.

Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Microwave is great and i have yet to use all the features but it heats food evenly and seems to work better then any i have used before. the App also has a bunch features including monitoring electrical usage.

If you are under 5’5”, this microwave is a must!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This design is perfect if you are a petite person like me! Having all of the cooking options at the bottom of the screen is ideal. The cooking settings are easy to follow and the interior capacity is quite generous. I really like the fact that it has the internet connection to my phone … easy to keep track of progress.

Beautiful design and nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice size to fit everything you would need or want in a microwave. Easy to install and flip the fans to exhaust upwards. Quiet and fast cooking with easy-to-use touch capacitive buttons. Helpful features using the Samsung app and can be connected to sync with Samsung stove to auto turn on fan when cooking with stove top. So far loving the microwave after owning for almost 8 months.

Good with bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros, smooth & sleek front, super easy to clean the inside, automatic time setting when the power goes off. Cons: window is so high that I can't see in (I'm 5'6", so not short), presets are extremely limited. I hate that there's no preset for soup. Seriously? Why not? I used it on our previous microwave all the time to reheat soups. A lot of times I just end up using the +30 second button to reheat because the reheating settings don't work that great.

No illuminated display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible microwave for one reason - The display is not backlit and you cannot see the display except in the daylight, or you shine a flashlight on it. The website leads you to believe it is illuminated. It is not! As soon as I got it and realized the issue, I ask Millman’s Appliances to replace it with the next model which is backlit, and I would pay the difference. They ghosted me and refused to do anything.

Excellence at first glance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love it. Easy to understand and use. This is not the first Samsung product we have purchased. In the past few months we have purchased a refrigerator freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher and we are extremely pleased with all of them. They are all equipped to be used wirelessly, web, and are Bespoke models. They have the look of elegance. A great addition to our kitchen.

Poor customer service

Bought this item at my Local Best Buy. Had it delivered and installed via Best Buy. Not even a month old and it broke. Tech came out and and replaced several parts. Another month goes by and it broke again. I called Samsung for service. The sent out someone from NISI USA. The Tech never showed. I called and asked what was up and told he is running late due to poor time management. Then the tech starts blowing up my phone how he is 45 min away. Then a few min later he is 30 min, then 20 min. I don't even want to know how fast this guy was driving. I call back and asked for Saturday service and was told we don't do weekend. But they say they work in the customers time availability. They Don't!!!!!! I called back and was told that I was scheduled Monday 8am to 8pm and that a manager will contact me by 5pm. I never got a confirmation for the appointment. I called Monday morning and was told that I was not scheduled. I asked for a supervisor or a manager and was hung up on 3 times. I called a 5th time and got a manager. The manager told me that he was not even in the office to get the message that I called Friday or he needed to call me. He was going to see what he could do to get me a tech out on Monday. I told him because of the person who I spoke to several times on Friday I had to call off work on Monday. I asked to compensation for my lost time at work. He said that was not his issue it was a Samsung issue because his employees are always on time and they don't book all day slots. I called Samsung and told them what NISI said. I was told that they dont control NISI and if NISI caused an issue its up to them to make it right. They same tech from Friday started to blow up my phone again that he is on his way. Upon his arrival he said that he was over booked for Friday. He also said that he talked to his manager on Friday (same one who said it wasn't in the office Friday). I was then told that the tech who was out in January didn't repair the unit correctly. It took him about 90min to repair the microwave. I continued to try and contact NISI corporate. They don't take phone calls, Emails only. I was told by Stephine in corporate that they don't control each operation they have. Its up to that site manager to handle all issues. I told her what happened and what the tech told me. I was then told I was lying, the tech was lying, and that the parts were defective and the 1st tech did the work correct. I was a whole bunch of CYA with a side of we don't care. NISI and Samsung both washed there hands of the issue and I lost out on $200 of pay.

Sleek, powerful, and stylish kitchen upgrade

The Bespoke design in matte black is stunning — the edge-to-edge glass display gives it a clean, modern look that really elevates the whole kitchen. It blends perfectly with other appliances and feels premium every time I use it. Functionally, it’s excellent. At 2.1 cu. ft., it has plenty of room for large dishes, and cooking is fast and consistent. The sensor cooking options are spot-on, reheating leftovers evenly without drying them out. The LED lighting is bright and makes the cooktop below easy to see. Venting is powerful yet quiet, which is a big upgrade from my old unit. I also love the intuitive touch controls — responsive, easy to clean, and very sleek compared to traditional buttons. The matte black finish resists fingerprints surprisingly well, which is a huge bonus. Overall, this microwave is a perfect mix of style, performance, and convenience.
