Nice oven but missing a key feature (for me).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is nice, its quiet, looks good but lacks what we consider an essential feature: A timer that can be used regardless of what you are cooking! If you're cooking, you can't set the timer! If you are using the timer, you can't cook! This seems pretty essential to any appliance like this. We used our old microwave as a timer and could still cook. This unit does not support that, requiring us to use a separate timer. That may b e insignificant to many but to those that cook more than one thing at a time (e.g. on the stove and the microwave) it seems pretty significant when I need to cook, say, pasta on the stove for 11 minutes, if I set the timer, I cannot use the microwave oven for anything else until the timer finishes!. That's LAME.)

I like the features but it is very loud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit has some good features but it is very loud when running. The side panels are thin and vibrate added to the noise. Top of door panel has bent making door noise and restricts door movement.

Features and capacity

Good features

Get it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great microwave! I've never had trouble fitting anything into it. It warms and cooks very evenly and has lots of nice features. I like that it connects to the smart app vent works really good and the light is nice and bright and has two settings overall very pleased hanging it up was a pain in the butt however it is worth it and it has stayed up just fine with lots of use

Capacity and Performance

Love the size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my previous Samsung for 14 years, so wanted another. This one has the same functions as the previous. The height is a bit shorter, so it allows more space above the stove. I will never own anything other than a Samsung microwave.

Will only last about a year and a half

This microwave started turning itself on after about a year as soon as the door closes. This would last a few seconds and got progressively worse. After a year and a half it turns starts cooking by itself and will not stop unless unplugged. This is the worst microwave I have ever owned.

Samsung microwaves are garbage

The microwave lasted 1 months, lost all power, and functionality. I called Samsung warranty department 2 weeks ago, in the last 2 weeks they have created 3 and currently creating the 4th ticket to have my microwave repaired. the 1st ticket they canceled. the 2nd ticket, even though a repair man never showed up from ARES LLC on the day and time they said they would, was closed as completed. the 3rd ticket was created 3 days ago, and no one from the expedited department bothered to call me to resolve the issue, now they are creating a 4th ticket for the same department to call me. go with a different brand!!!
