[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not know how to use this thing. It has special code for certain items like hot dogs and fries. But does not tell you how to us them. Also the defrost will not let you enter a time. You have to enter weight. but that does help since i never know what the weight is. so if my item is light you can not enter less then 1 or 1min, Also there is not timer. I miss it for when i am cooking. I had it on my old MW. Needed it when cooking several items Finally the door opens the wrong direction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been very happy with this microwave. The large capacity is perfect for our family's needs, and it heats food quickly and evenly. The ventilation works well while cooking, and the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish helps keep it looking clean. The Wi-Fi connectivity is a nice bonus, making it easy to monitor and control certain features. Overall, it's a great combination of performance, appearance, and convenience, and I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I miss the old microwave feature that allowed for single tap 1 min or 2 min etc. cooking. This one is ok but it does not have the option to program those time saving quick cooking options. It looks good though and I have not used it yet to cook anything major.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this microwave in our kitchen for a few years now and it's been great. All functions actually work as expected unlike others we've had in the past. It also looks great and works quietly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of my Samsung microwave. It's very stylish and fits well above my stove. Fan works well when cooking fried items. Capacity is large and I find it easy to use with the wifi.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just not super easy to use. More complicated than our last one. Works fine, but very complex compared to last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the connectivity that syncs perfectly with the SmartThings application and my other Samsung devices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This over the range microwave is fantastic! Fairly easy to install, huge capacity, easy to use. We love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very Big, will hold all you need to microwave in one sitting. Has an auto mode that works very well.
