I recommend this product to anyone looking for an OVR microwave. To add, it wasn't overly expensive either considering the options it comes with.

Cooking area is large, comes with an app to control the vent and light, notifications when food is done. Interface has many cooking levels with a great auto reheat for food, fan has four stages and an LED light. Overall very satisfied with this purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great microwave has so many cooking times for foods so u never have to guess how long to cook them for. Very quiet microwave and can turn that dreadful beeping noise off and also connect to your phone very cool!

There was a grinding noise after installation. I contacted Samsung who opened a repair ticket but the vendor assigned said I’d need to uninstall the microwave to have it serviced for “liability reasons”. It was just installed the same day. I contacted the installer who referred me to Sam’s Club who referred me back to Samsung. Sorry but my patience is exhausted for a brand new appliance. I’d rather return it.

to be fair, i haven't received the item yet but the delivery service and their communication is ridiculously bad. They never answer, and when they call back, it's hours later, only to cancel your delivery. Then they said they'll update you as soon as possible but it's been crickets. So then you call again, only to wait forever and eventually have them call back but they don't call back even after several hours. Are we supposed to stay home for the whole week because I can't get in touch with anyone and they just cancel your delivery on the day of?
