The door is hard to open. It was easy to install. It does not hide fingerprints. Hard to clean the front glass.

The SmartThings app stays connected and has many helpful options to starting and prepping things when away from the microwave. The vent and lights on this model are also pretty nice, helping keep things well lighted and when frying foods helps eliminate the extra smoke from hoovering in the room.

What's great: Looks fantastic. The white glass finish really does elevate the kitchen aesthetic compared to a standard stainless model. Cooks evenly and reliably. Sensor cooking and general heating performance have been consistently good. Wi‑Fi actually fixes a real annoyance. Before connecting it, the clock drifted a few seconds every hour — enough that it needed resetting weekly. Once added to Wi‑Fi, the time stays perfectly synced. What's not so great: Door squeak after just a few months. Ours started squeaking when opening/closing, likely because the unit wasn't installed perfectly level — it leans down a degree or two. The microwave still works fine, but the noise is noticeable and disappointing for a newer appliance. The clock drift issue (until Wi‑Fi). It's odd that a modern microwave can't keep accurate time unless connected to the internet. The 30‑second button behavior. Unlike our previous microwave, pressing “30 sec” doesn't immediately start cooking — you have to press Start afterward. It's a small workflow annoyance, but one you eventually get used to. Also the door, when opened, would not open more than 90 degrees and was in the way when walking past it. This may have been in our kitchen only due to the logistics of our island being too close to the oven, but it was a problem for us that we never had with our previous microwave.

It has so much more inside space than our last one. Installation went fairly easy with 2 people. The recommended settings inside the door are a nice feature. We have not tried the "smart things" like syncing with our Samsung range yet, but overall we are happy with our purchase.

This model was an upgrade from the base level we had purchased years ago. It is larger, has more fan power and brighter lights. It cooks evenly and had the same footprint as the previous microwave. All I had to adjust were the holes to mount it to the upper cabinet. A real plus in my book. My wife makes fun when the microwave shows up on the Samsung tv that her food is ready but I enjoy the smarthings app to check on it. So far I don't use it much but do enjoy it. The touchscreen is on the front door which goes the entire length of the unit. It does show fingerprints so you'll have to wipe it down after cooking. It works great and I'm glad we bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great and it heats food evenly and it has plenty of capacity to cook in.it looks great in our kitchen glad we made this purchase. the internet connectivity is a great feature to have I didn't realize I would use it until I had it. it's very easy to keep clean on the outside fingerprints wipe away great ease. It works well for ventilation as well making cooking on the stove easier.

Good for $300 , that’s including installing and taking away the old one. The only problem is the user manual not come with it . When first setup it shows code SE-1 , I thought that as error code but it’s actually a setup choice .
