I do not bother to write reviews anymore just to get canned AI generated replies from vendors saying to contact them to get things "addressed". Samsung, RXO are a complete train wrack on the appliances. RXO failed to install twice blaming "design" from Samsung, Samsung says RXO is to blame. Sam's Club took the microwave back but I had to carry 70 pound giant box into the club... not sure what happened to Sam's choice of installers, hope they did not go to the lowest bidder only...

This micro is not a good choice. The metal cabinet is extremely thin and very easy to damage during installation. Also the lack of backlighting in the keypad makes use in a dim room (eg at night when you may not want to turn additional lights on) or a naturally light room far too difficult. I do NOT recommend.

With the convenience of connecting to all your appliances and phone to start it when you need it is one of the best features. The overall performance and the capacity it can hold is the perfect size for my family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely thrilled with this microwave and hood combo. It has three different ways to Vent. It is large enough to fit a large casserole pan but not a Turkey platter. I personally feel like it has beyond adequate space to heat up anything that I've wanted to heat up and it works phenomenally especially the sensor cooking.

I like that it connects to the smart app vent works really good and the light is nice and bright and has two settings overall very pleased hanging it up was a pain in the butt however it is worth it and it has stayed up just fine with lots of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is nice, its quiet, looks good but lacks what we consider an essential feature: A timer that can be used regardless of what you are cooking! If you're cooking, you can't set the timer! If you are using the timer, you can't cook! This seems pretty essential to any appliance like this. We used our old microwave as a timer and could still cook. This unit does not support that, requiring us to use a separate timer. That may b e insignificant to many but to those that cook more than one thing at a time (e.g. on the stove and the microwave) it seems pretty significant when I need to cook, say, pasta on the stove for 11 minutes, if I set the timer, I cannot use the microwave oven for anything else until the timer finishes!. That's LAME.)
