[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I bought this microwave mainly because it was cute~ LOL. It's pretty functional and does what it's supposed to do. I'm discovering something about it just about every time i use it. Need to read up on the directions though.

I bought this microwave around May 31st. to replace my old Samsung one that I had for about 7-8 years. I Loved it as it worked great, has a large capacity and can be somewhat controlled by mt Alexa. I would give it 5 stars if it would keep working but it has nor kept working. I am now waiting for my second repair for the exact same problem,which is, the unit goes completely down. No display so it is dead. This has become quite frustrating as it isn't even 6 months old and it had done it twice. I would rather, at this point, have it replaced with a new one but instead it is going to be repaired. Hopefully this time it stays running and is not a constant 2 month issue. I have a lot of Samsung products in my home and have always recommended Samsung to my family/friends but this model I likely would not.

This microwave was included in my new home. When cooking something over 3 minutes the left side of the microwave steams up on the outside and goes up on the left cupboard door above the microwave steaming up and that will warp or otherwise damage the cupboard. The Samsung warranty is not worth the paper it's written on as techs have been out and have seen what it does and says that's normal. Too throw steam out and warp the upper cupboard. OMG, really? Don't buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my microwave and I have taken a few days, even a few weeks to learn only a little bit about it.my old Microwave got ruined and am thankful for this one. It is so much better than my old one & does a lot more. I love the big space in the microwave. It has WiFi you are able to set the minutes from your phone from the microwave. The only down fall is you can’t start it from your phone you still have to press start on the microwave. It is very help. I Love the Fan has 4 speeds. That would have been very helpful on my old microwave when a grease fire started on the stove lol. I love this microwave my entire family loves the microwave. We have made popcorn, deforest chicken for my doggies. This microwave can do so much more. I’m still learning but I think everyone should get one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave overhead range hood about a month ago since my old one no longer wanted to power on. It was going to a large repair bill and had no guarantee it would last. I found this one after doing some research and loved the look, the technology behind it and the price. The food always come out perfect and the interior finish is great. The no handle design matches my bespoke Fridge/Freezer complete with the stainless steel finish. I added them to my Samsung app and I love that I can multitask and start/stop my cooking or reheating without touching the microwave itself. The difference in performance from our last microwave is night and day. This is the first microwave that a popcorn setting actually works and doesn't burn or undercook your popcorn. Definitely worth the price and the installation was easy to follow and complete.

I purchased this over the range microwave in September. About 2 months after we received it the display started flickering. After 4 months, the microwave flickering has increased. I have contacted Samsung for repair and they are telling me that I am responsible for un-installing the microwave and will be responsible for re-installing the microwave, assuming they can fix it. I am not physically able to do this which is why I had it installed in the first place. That is unacceptable for a brand new microwave that is broken. Avoid buying this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My microwave was a 20 year old Samsung that was still going strong, but I thought it was time to try all the features in a newer model Samsung. I am glad I decided to get this smart model! The first thing I noticed about this microwave is the extra large capacity inside. It easily fits a dinner plate, but has so much clearance you could fit much taller items. The fan has four speeds and each one is so quiet. Even the lowest speed has great airflow and I have found it to be powerful enough to pull steam from the stovetop, up and out. The sensor cook is such a great way to heat up a plate of leftovers during a busy workday at home. It has presets and even recipes that I look forward to trying out. I added the microwave to my SmartThings app and it includes options beyond the functions on the unit. And no more manually changing the display for daylight savings time, it is WiFi connected! You can check energy usage from the smart appliances through the app, even if it reminds you that you spend more time watching tv than using the robotic vacuum or dishwasher. Or maybe that's just me...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new ME21DG6300MTAA Samsung microwave has been amazing. I actually did the install myself because I wasn't available during the delivery time. The install overall was pretty easy, although a few different points could have used a little more clarification. In the end, I got it installed and it looks amazing (especially over my Samsung stove). The microwave design is super slick with the handle being a groove to put your hand in, and all the buttons being touch sensitive on the front. It may sound a little silly but one of my favorite features of the microwave is the LED light underneath it. It has a high and low mode and both put out the perfect amount of light. I personally love to leave my microwave light on at night, so while it's silly I really enjoy it. I've since given the "Auto Cook" mode a test and I was really impressed. I put in a cup of quinoa and two cups of water in a container and told the microwave that's what I was cooking. About fifteen minutes later it was done and the quinoa was perfectly cooked without being soggy or waterlogged. Friends and family have made plenty of positive comments regarding the design / aesthetics as well as the function.

Not only is is beautiful, but it functions amazing! It has a huge capacity which is amazing for my large family. One of my favorite features may seem like a strange one, but I love being able to silence it! I can mute the noises a typical microwave makes, which is so convenient because I am usually the first one up getting ready for work in the morning, and I try to be as quiet as possible. Now I can microwave my breakfast without waking up my kids with all the loud beeps! I love how user friendly this microwave is and how easy it is to find exactly the button I need. The popcorn button is amazing and microwaves my popcorn perfectly every time! It is so quick and I'm not left with a bunch of unpopped kernels! The best part is how easy it is to keep clean! I made oatmeal just this morning and I didn't realize until too late that it had boiled over. In my old microwave I would have been left scrubbing dried oatmeal for who knows how long. With this new microwave, it doesn't cling to the surfaces at all, and I was able to just wipe it with a paper towel, and it slid right off! I am so happy with my purchase, this microwave is absolutely amazing and I love it!

It all communicates very well through SmartThings and our Samsung phones. The Microwave has sensor cook that cooks a plate of food even with different size items to the perfect temperature by using the ability to sense the steam/humidity of the food and the temperature cooks to the perfect temp Everytime with the push of a button. It also alerts your phone and smart hub screens when food is done or the timer goes off. You can verbally communicate through Bixby or your smart hubs to keep food warm or add more time if needed. Great purchase with zero cons or regrets. Absolutely love this microwave and Samsung.
