This is the most efficient, quiet, large capacity dishwasher I’ve owned. Easy to operate and not once have I had to wash something over again… so much easier to keep clean than stainless steel! Just love the white glass!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the stainless steel of this dishwasher. I also love the delay start feature. I however would not repurchase this dishwasher again due to the interior layout. The top rack only has two height features that aren't 100% functional in either position. If you drop it to the lowest setting, the spray washer strikes and is stopped by plates in the lower rack. If you move the top rack to the highest position, then you are limited on the positioning of bowls and small plates as the utensil rack on top catches upon these items when you pull it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A thing of beauty inside and out, definitely an upgrade to our previous GE appliances. The only caveat is the basket configuration-- it's hard to find a position for our bowls to get washed and drain properly.

Being able to monitor and control the cycle from my phone is very convenient. The AutoRelease door feature is a game-changer for drying, ensuring dishes are completely dry without needing to towel them off. Capacity: The flexible racking system provides great capacity. I can easily fit large dinner plates and awkward-sized serving dishes, making post-party cleanup much simpler. Haven’t been able to finish the install of the dishwasher yet because the supplied power cord doesn’t clip onto the electrical box so the cables are able to move around. Looking at the manual, the electrical box should have a screw that secures the strain relief to it, but that doesn’t exist on the product. Either the box is missing the mounting hook or the hole machined in the box is too because the strain relief of the power cable doesn’t click into it. As a side note, I would like help with this issue. Just posting this here to get the ball rolling because Samsung Home Appliances is closed on the weekend, according to the message I got when I called.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is extremely quiet and does a great job. The storm wash or heavy duty cycles are long, but everything is clean. The capacity is great, however I would suggest a tighter pattern in the lower and middle racks to accommodate smaller items. We have not used the smart technology to any extent so far. It is nice to look in the app and see time remaining. Very happy so far with our purchase.

THE DISHWASHER HAS been delivered this October 30 but not installed. the first team who delivered it did not install it claiming that they did not have the right parts, even though they were told to buy the needed parts and submit a receipt for reimbursement. They rescheduled the delivery for today and i have been home waiting and again i got a call from them telling me they need to reschedule again, as they were not told that this was an install and that they don't have the required tools. This is so disapointing and such a waste of my time.

Well, Its a 3 step process to start the dishwasher. Press power? I am not sure why, the unit has power going to it, in a constant state. Select the cycle (and that should be it after you close the door). Nope, now you have to press Start, before, or after you close the door. And if you open it during the cycle., you would think closing the door would have the unit start back up? Nope, now you have to press start again ( in case you changed your mind). The lower rack doesn't have enough cross members, so you might need to take extra time making sure that the handles from your pots and pans are not going to obstruct the lower propeller. There is a top rack for utensils, and then a "space eater" of a basket on the lower rack, that I'm having a hard time purposing. So I took it out. Any lids that are plastics, have NO WHERE to go. Except being put out on the top utensil rack (flat). Or the light items will be thrown around by the water propulsion. The functionality of our newly purchased microwave and dishwasher by Samsung, are lacking serious design and functional ingenuity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great, washes really well, and is very quiet. I love how it sounds like a Nintendo Game Boy when you run through the menus or it's done washing. I have no issues with anything so far I've had it for 2 weeks.
