[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think it's a good dishwasher but the owner of the house will never buy another one and constantly laments replacing her LG with this unit and considers the fact that plastic, especially on the top rack (which I love and she forgets about) just will not come out fully dry. It was definitely worth the price, at least in my opinion and I love how it integrates with my other Samsung products through Smart Things.

This is a sleek and stylish unit with some great features. Unfortunately, most of that becomes ineffective if you can't wash dishes in the dishwasher. In fairness, you can wash dishes, but you cannot wash dinner plates. Standard dinner plates measure 11 inches across and cannot be loaded in the dishwasher without interfering with the upper spray assembly. This seems to come as a result of Samsung adding a third rack which (IMHO) is completely useless and offers nothing to offset the limited space on the bottom rack. Consequently, since purchasing this appliance, we eat off of paper plates or wash the plates by hand, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying a dishwasher. Warning to future prospective buyers, check the interior space in your dishwasher and don't believe that manufacturers have actually considered that which homeowners actually value - being able to wash their dishes and plates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great, washes really well, and is very quiet. I love how it sounds like a Nintendo Game Boy when you run through the menus or it's done washing. I have no issues with anything so far I've had it for 2 weeks.

This is the most efficient, quiet, large capacity dishwasher I’ve owned. Easy to operate and not once have I had to wash something over again… so much easier to keep clean than stainless steel! Just love the white glass!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this dishwasher because it was stainless steel inside - I'm trying to use less plastic and I feel like stainless steel is more durable/longer lasting. I also liked the sleek design. It sticks out further than my old dishwasher, but it hasn't been an issue (at most it's one inch). I am having issues with spots on things - glass, silicone, and even my pots & pans. I tried adding Finish Jet Dry and that almost made things worse. I may try a different detergent, but trying to use what I have. A quick rinse when unloading removes it, but I hate needing to add another step. It is very quiet which is nice and fits a lot of dishes. I do like the top third rack although I'm not used to it and tend to forget things, but I'll get in the habit. The phone app is kind of annoying - like I don't need to be told the cycle is done, but maybe it's good for people who are waiting (I usually run mine at bed time so the app wakes me up haha!).

The feature that it has where it opens at the end of the cycle to complete drying is awesome. No more soggy dishes! Also cool that you can connect it to the app. Would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher to match my Bespoke refrigerator. It fits perfectly in my kitchen. I love the amount of space it has to fit all of my dishes. But the best feature is the automatic opening of the door when it finishes to dry the dishes better. I love the smarthings feature that shows a pop up on my Samsung tv letting me know the dishwasher is finished. Its easy to clean and dry. Its not to loud of a machine. We can watch a movie wile its running in the background. Dishes come out spotless.

This right here is a very fine peace of steel 👌 that outcompetes its overworked and underpaid predecessor. The best part is, with this upgrade, I never hear any lip coming from this one. It is so quite I've accidentally ran the thing twice because it was so quite i didnt realize it had already ran! 😳 (please no judgements, I already feel bad enough)

We ordered the dishwasher online 5/9/25 - we were contacted by RXO, scheduled for delivery 5/21 - the day before, cancelled, and rescheduled and cancelled two more times before finally installing on 5/24. The dishwasher so far works great and is super quiet. However, the installation is still incomplete - the dishwasher is not secure in place, and tips out of place frontwards when fully loaded. In addition, the rubber sealant used on the sides has caused the adjacent cabinets to not open completely. We immediately requested a service call, scheduled for 6/2, and then have been cancelled on twice more with no future service date available. Each time the reason is that a licensed team has to be available, they make an appt and then cancel last minute. While the product is great, if you want a reliable quick install, you may want to look elsewhere
