[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this samsung dishwasher. The wifi features are very cool. I love that it notifies me when it's done. I was shocked at how quiet it is a well. Literally had no idea that my previous machines were so loud until I have this one. Another thing that's really cool about it is the top rack for utensils. I hated dealing with baskets and bending over to connect all the forks and spoons. The top rack really makes it easy and efficient to lay out any kind of utensils. Overall I would highly recommend!

Not having enough space in the utensils bucket has always been an issue with every dishwasher I have ever owned. The ability to move a rack higher or lower to accommodate taller dishes is a plus. Connecting to wifi was very easy through the app and the Jets clean dishes every time. I never have to rehash anything.

It’s so quiet that we barely even notice it’s running, which is amazing for an open living room layout. The adjustable racks make it easy to fit larger pots and pans, and the cycles are straightforward and efficient. Best of all, no pre-rinsing needed—dishes come out spotless and completely dry. Definitely worth the investment!

Or just load everything in it on auto wash for perfectly clean dishes. I really like the auto open door after the wash for optimal drying. It's very quite and efficient enough to run daily. Looks very good with the control panel on top of the door. Also, can be programmed through smart things app on your phone. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My biggest issue is that it doesn’t dry my dishes all the way. Not to mention that even putting in the jet dry stuff, the little door never opens. So I’m not sure why this is, maybe that’s the problem.

Although I purchased this dishwasher for it's looks and to fit in with the rest of our Bespoke appliances, I wish I noticed the lack of a heating element. Our dishes are constantly wet when removed, even overnight and even with the auto open activated, and it's not what I was expecting. The dishwasher is super quiet, the third upper race is convenient and the dishes are consistently clean, but I just can't get past having to manually dry the dishes every day. I can't say I'd recommend this product to a friend.

Had a terrible experience with delivery. I will never buy anything that is associated with that delivery company (RXO). First, they were a day late and then gave me a 12 hr delivery window (8am to 8pm) instead of 3 or 4 hrs. They must have told Sam’s they delivered it at 10:36am per Sam’s site. They finally showed up a few minutes prior to 5pm. When they showed up the two were arguing. Only one lifted it off the truck (by hand) and brought it into my house. He immediately said he couldn’t install it and left. He didn’t unpack it, nor did he uninstall my old one and of course didn’t take it to dispose of it. I was left to have someone install it and haul my old one away. The installation was straight forward and did not require any copper work like the delivery guy said. Only had to unscrew the previous connection and screw on the hose that came with the dishwasher. See picture below. Only issue I had with the unit is the kickplate was bent (see picture below), probable from only one guy lifting it off the delivery truck.
