DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER. IT CAME BROKE. AND WARRANTY IS AWFUL. WE HAVE BEEN SITTING W A BROKEN USELESS DISHWASHER FOR OVER 3 WEEKS. THE "WARRANTY VENDOR" HAS BEEN A JOKE. FINALLY, GOT AN APPT ... TOOK OFF W9RK, WAITED ALL DAY FOR TECH AND AT 4:15 CALLED TO SAY THEY WERENT COMING. "WARRANTY VENDOR" NOW SAYS ITLL BE ANOTHER WEEK AND THEYLL CALL TO SET SOMETHING UP FOR THE REPAIR. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG.

It's also super quiet, which I didn't realize would make such a difference. I can run it while watching TV and not even notice it's on. The StormWash feature is legit—my dishes come out sparkling even when I don't rinse them first. I also love that the door pops open at the end to help with drying. Setup was easy, and it connects to my smart home stuff without any hassle. Definitely happy with this purchase!

Dishwasher seems okay, but terrible installation service. First the installer asked me where the water line goes. Then installed the machine with the front sticking out and not stable. When I confronted, he tried to tell me that it needs to be like this because the machine locks during operation and I will not be able to turn off. I have never heard such thing so we tested at this was not correct of course, you can just open the door and it stops. He kept saying this is the best he can do, my cabinet is wrong, the installation kit is not enough, etc. so I said I will fix it myself and he left. Upon inspection, it turned out he put the screw in the wrong hole of the braces so he was not able to push the dishwasher back. He also snapped off the head of the first screw and put another one right next to it. He used some old screws I left on the countertop. Caused some damage to the cabinet too and told me I should go to HD to buy putty... The worst part: as I did not trust him at this point, I checked the electrical connection and turns out he installed the power cable without the connector so it was already sticking out of the box and could have disconnected. This is a shock hazard and a serious violation! I reported this to the company but they only offered a call back. Letting amateurs install appliances is a crime. He also took the connector and the rest of the screws so I have to somehow remove the snapped off screw and go buy a cable connector. I told the person on the phone to bring these back to me ASAP but he just said he will try to get in touch with the local facility and they will not pay for it if I buy one. I usually do installations myself but this time I had a lot on my mind so I thought once I paid for it, why not save some time and work. Now I know, thanks! Please, change delivery service before you kill someone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer looks great! No fingerprints! It cleans well! It was easy to set up! BUT the drying is where the issue is! It leave everything so wet no matter what I do. Because of the drying issue I don't recommend this washer.

This is a bad product. It started having issues before the first year of owning it. I called to get it fixed and they managed to get it to limp past the warranty. Now I have owned it for a year and a half. It gives the 5C code every wash which means it isn't draining right, but even prior to that it left food on the dishes. Now, it wasn't food that was on there before, but rather food from the water that it shot and then dried onto the dishes. This dishwasher is worse than not washing dishes. It makes them dirtier. It is a complete waste of money.

Love the AutoRelease feature, I typically plan to start the load after dinner and then by morning everything is finished and all the dished have dried. There is also a short cycle setting that does a load in around an hour. Other brands typically have wash times starting at at least 2 or 2 1/2 hours.

I am a designer and have a Samsung business account. I have purchased the Bespoke refrigerator, and one of the 2023 versions of this dishwasher. have referred many, many people to buy the pieces from the Bespoke line. I bought this dishwasher a little over two years ago, Of course the warranty expired at 2 years. The repairperson said the parts for my particular model are already discontinued!!!!! So I need to buy a new dishwasher 27 months later!!! While I absolutely love the look of the appliances, so unique with the glass doors. As someone in the design and trade industry especially, recommending appliances to clients and friends. I am extremely, utterly disappointed in the brand now. There is a colossal lack of ethics and business responsibility to customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Machine is amazing blows my last machine out the water (literally!) The clean is unmatched squeaky-clean dishes every time. I waited a few weeks so I could give a fair and honest review, and I must say I am impressed. I love all things smart, so this fits right into my smart home. I also have al Samsung devices and appliances its great seeing everything working on my phones Smart Things App. Its super quiet as well, which really helps in my open living space. and it holds all my dishes with ease as it has multiple load options. This is by far the best Dishwasher I have ever owned.

Although I purchased this dishwasher for it's looks and to fit in with the rest of our Bespoke appliances, I wish I noticed the lack of a heating element. Our dishes are constantly wet when removed, even overnight and even with the auto open activated, and it's not what I was expecting. The dishwasher is super quiet, the third upper race is convenient and the dishes are consistently clean, but I just can't get past having to manually dry the dishes every day. I can't say I'd recommend this product to a friend.

I've never owned a dishwasher before, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I've been very happy with it. The noise level is low and it cleans the dishes well. The only issue I ran into was a drainage problem. After inspecting it, I found that the drain pump cover had fallen out of place, which triggered an error code. Once I replaced it, the problem was immediately resolved, and the dishwasher has been working perfectly since. Samsung was also very helpful and responsive when I needed support. Aside from that small hiccup, I've had a great overall experience. I'm also very favorable toward Samsung because I purchased several appliances during Black Friday, and by bundling everything together this dishwasher ended up being free for me. If you can wait, Black Friday deals are definitely worth considering.
