[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to try these supplements. I have been reading a lot about the benefits of magnesium and have wanted to try this type of supplement for a while. These supplements support muscle relaxation, bone, heart and nerve health. I took them after a meal and they have not upset my stomach at all. I look forward to seeing how I feel after taking them for a couple of months. So far, I have been pleased with the results. Although I received this product as part of a promotion, the opinions in this review are solely my own.
