When I run out I will definitely be purchasing more. This is a great quality product and I felt results immediately!

I’ve added a photo of the ingredient list and it is: magnesium, vegetable cellulose, and Ascorbyl Palmitate. The taste is neutral since you’re supposed to swallow it whole. The serving size is two - so if taken daily, the bottle should last about a month.

I find it pretty effective and noticed some changes in my sleeping habits. I like the bottle and easy open caps. It’s not the greatest tasting when placed on your tongue to swallow but I got over it. Its pricing is probably on par with others if not more reasonable.
