Seriously where is the expiration date, can't find it on my bottle or any other bottle of MG glycinate

A highly absorbable form that isn't as hard on the guy as mag citrate. Works wonderful to keep me regular. I take it nightly.

I switched from a multi sourced magnesium supplement to Magnesium Glycinate after reading that this type of magnesium helps with menopause symptoms. I am in year NINE of symptoms so I am giving it a whirl.

This has really helped me sleep better and I am less restless during the night. It was recommended to me for sleep. My friend started taking it and she is also sleeping much better.

I take a few of these an hour before bedtime. They help my mind wind down, and my muscles relax. I don't experience bloating or gas like with some other forms of magnesium.

I use to love these. but the last 2 bottles are a lighter color bottle %26 has powder through the bottle. I returned 1 tried another %26 ended up throwing them out. I don't trust the powder residue

Not as good as the discontinued Members Mark brand. It needs to be brought back.
