THE DESCRIPTION SAYS 10 LBS. THE PRIME RIB IS ONLY 5 LBS.

My father was just diagonosed with stage 4 cancer. prime rib is his favorite.. So this was my choice for Christmas dinner... Best choice Ive made in awhile,,, was a big hit with all.. fed 6 adults and 2 kids with leftovers. And dad was thrilled with his dinner.. Very happy with my purchase... Go Rastellis !! Thank you

Plenty of food for four! This roast is much larger than I expected. I know that Rastelli's beef is simply the best and Sam's price is a real bonus, way below what you can purchase this package for anywhere. I've had the Rastelli tenderloins. Never tasted beef that exquisite. Everything in this meal comes frozen solid so a couple of days for the roast to thaw in the refrigerator and then I start cooking! Apparently thawing can be done in the micro, but there is no way I would do that. I cannot wait for this meal. Thanks Sam's for this great value!

First the title is misleading, it says 10 lbs when the meat is only 5 lbs. I cooked it according to the instructions contrary to what others around me recommended and it came out to a perfect medium, 133 degrees. I didn't use the season packet included and it didn't need it. There was more fat in the meat than I was used to and some really tough meat on the bottom. I did not care for the sides, the mashed potatoes would have been fine with gravy. I wont purchase this next year

We have purchased this item before and it was very good. The roast on this order had a lot of fat. Mashed potatoes were outstanding, but Mac and Cheese had very little taste. We will try again. Hopefully, it was just an off day.

Sam's sneakily adding the 2 useless sides more like a gimmick and a marketing ploy. Why can't they just sell the meat than resort to tricks. Disappointed.
