Items arrived right on time in a very frozen state. Thawed in the fridge as directed. The mashed potato container had cracked, draining all the liquid out. The butter was hard to spread, had to literally putty it on. The meat turned out perfect. Would prefer to buy other side dishes than the ones that came.

The meat was the toughest Prime Rib I have ever eaten. We cooked it per the instructions and the finished temperature was per the instructions. Very disappointed in the meat. Potatoes and Mac %26 Cheese were great. Packaging was terrible. Styrofoam cooler virtually destroyed in transit - contents were still frozen. Do not recommend.

The delivery was 3 days which is still very good, the Prime rib if followed by the instructions is rare I didn't see the meat as medium rare. This didn't bother me as I was going to cut into steaks after the oven and BBQ to my liking anyways. What I didn't like was the advertised macaroni and cheese and Creme Fraiche potatoes, instead we got mashed potatoes and Creme Fraiche. You don't know what they sent you until you take it out of the individual cartons.

The meat was okay, I do not understand how it's a $50 piece of meat MAYBE, and then the mashed potatoes are instant potatoes, frozen - worst mashed potatoes I have ever had. Then the mac and cheese was horrible we took one bite and threw it away. Poor quality items, no justification for the price on this bundle as the sides are horrible. I would not recommend buying this.. go get a prime rib, a real one, and make your own sides so you are not disappointed for Thanksgiving or any other event like my family was.

Thought it was a ten pound prime rib with two side not a 5 pound prime rib with two two and half pound sides

meat was flavorful but tough even hard to slice. Anticipated tender feast very disappointed. covering with butter prevented an au jus and for me too spicy followed direction but it was a fail

excellent. i used the seasoning packet and garlic butter. came out w a perfect crust. i had to turn my oven back on at the end to get it to the right temperature. an oven safe meat thermometer is needed.

Way too much rosemary, covered up beef flavor. Very disappointed in the instant potatoes and sweetened mac& cheese. I can go to local place and get better deal, won't waste money on ordering this again

Prime rib was great. Mac and cheese and potatoes were a great disappointment. Potatoes were runny and lumpy, Mac and cheese had no flavor at all. I'll never order sides again.

I was very disappointed with my purchase. I have bought this before from another merchant and it was delicious. This had more fat than meat and very little taste. FYI it was cooked per your directions.
