The Prime Rib was great…I smoked it on my Treager. But the sides were AWFUL, The potatoes were like syrup and the Mac & Cheese had NO TASTE! My Grandson told us all at the table it was ICKY and refused to eat it.

When received I am unable to use the mashed potato side as the plastic cover was torn and product was exposed. So discarded. Saw no evidence that this was a shipping issue except cardboard sleeve was looser than the mac dish.really did not order for anything but the prime rib so not much issue. will review roast after serving.

The prime rib was excellent, quite tender (fork cut), juicy. The sides were surprisingly good considering other reports. Followed instructions on cooking prime, but it took an additional hour of roasting (350F) after left for two hours in cooling 500F oven per instructions. Fed four people with enough left overs for another meal for two. Thought was a good deal for $120 FOB destination for plus member.

I would have done better oicking out a roast at Sam's. Grabbing a bag of taters and picking up some frozen mac & cheese. For the money they charge for this meal, this prime rib should have smoked up fork cut tender. It took several different knives to slice it and it was hard to chew.

It would probably have been better if the cooking instructions were correct. I followed it them to a T and it came out raw. When I cut into it blood flowed all over the cutting board. I forced myself to take 3 bites and threw the $120.00 piece of meat in the trash. If I ever decide to do it again I will try about 45 minutes instead of the 25 on the instructions. The side dishes were absolutely awesome, best mashed potato's I have ever had.

Received the order in a timely fashion. The fat on the beef had dark almost black areas on it. I cut off as much as possible. Cooked on the smoker in the usual way. Meat tasted very old, and was not even able to eat it. Threw it out. Lesson learned.
