This prime rib was Amazing!!! Cooked perfectly per instructions. Really loved the herb butter included and the sides were delicious! Made a great Christmas dinner!

This was a very disappointing purchase. the prime rib had almost no marbling it was tough as shoe leather. i ended up throwing it out. Thos was an expensive lesson
