Mostly just fat no marbling. They hid it below the few pieces on top. Trimmed and threw away 1/4 of just fat.

Was very flavorful. You might have to beat it and make sure to handle to make it tender to your liking

Rarely do you get great marbeling without excessive fat on the beef short ribs elsewhere. Sams puts out a great quality product.

The rib is much larger, well marbled, and a lot less fat than those that I purchased from the Korean super market. I would give it 6 out of 5 stars.

Love the quality of these flank short ribs, fat is trimmed and great marbling. Just a bit pricey, a pack is almost $50 and feeds 3 adults.

My favorite cut to buy for fast grilling or marinating. The cut is thick and meaty and the price point is decent

I use these to make slow cooker beef short ribs from an American/French recipe I found on-line from Longbourn Farm. Absolutey delicious.

Sam’s have a best price and quality of meat so I always buy from them but better if you check the packages, some package is better than other.

These Beef Short Ribs are very tender and tasty. I do recommend rinsing them off before cooking to get rid of any remaining bone “dust” though.

The cut of meat could be a tad thinner for optimal marination. Otherwise, the quality of the meat is superb!
